Poorly organised, poor communication, excessive travel times because driver didn’t know the route to Ranbamthore and then couldn’t find the hotel. The hotel was amazing with excellent service. The safaris themselves showed very few animals and the guides didn’t explain much in English. They very rarely stopped to let us take photos of the animals that we did come across. The cost was excessive and the price almost doubled for me as a solo traveller.Show more

I was a solo traveler for this experience, a little nervous about about going alone. But everything about my experience was exceptional. The driver picked me up on time at my hotel in Delhi and drove 5.5 hours to the beautiful Heritage Hevila Hotel. Accommodations were comfortable (they even provided a hot water bottle for my bed), the food excellent, as was the service. The representative met with me the night before the safaris to explain what would happen.They drove me to the pick up point and made sure I was with the right group. The drivers and guides were amazing, pointing out animals and exploring each zone I visited. I was lucky enough to see a tiger!! This company took care of me at every step of the way, and I can't thank them enough for such an exceptional experience!Show more
