Our Taj Mahal, Tiger and Pink City tour with YOLO was fantastic. We thought we would be in a small group but we had a personal tour with a fantastic driver. Amit did all the organising and communicating behind the scenes and Mr Vikram Singh was our driver and guardian angel. The hotels were great, especially the two Havelis we stayed in. Mr Singh kept us safe in the Indian traffic and warned us ahead of time regarding touts and possible scams. The car was cleaned everyday and we had new drinking water bottles in our doors daily. The guides were great and their advice and photo taking skills were good too. We had one poor experience with a guide in Ranthambore and Mr Singh spoke to the operator which resulted in an amazing afternoon experience. When I became sick Mr Singh took me to a chemist and helped with getting medication. YOLO, Amit and Mr Singh come highly recommended.

Overall the trip was good, the driver and guides were friendly and helpful and the experiences were great. Hotels were basic but clean and safe. TV was lacking though. There was confusion on the inclusion of the bird sanctuary and after and overly long drive, I am sure we went out of the way for other business reasons. Hence I didn’t have another hour plus to look at birds. Driver’s English could have been better but he made up for it in effort, helpfulness and friendliness. I was pleased with the trip at the sale price.

Everything went smoothly. The guides were well-prepared. There were sometimes few minor language issues, but nothing significant. We appreciated that even when we were taken to shops or handicraft places, we never felt pressured to buy anything, and the guides were not annoyed if we chose not to purchase anything (which we’ve experienced differently in other situations). The hotels were very good and clean. I also want to mention that our driver Sanjeev, in particular, was fantastic! He was an excellent driver and a very kind and helpful person!
