We truly appreciate you choosing us for your India tour, and we’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the food, appreciated the assistance of our Varanasi guide on the last day, and were able to visit most of the destinations outlined in your itinerary — including the major highlights across Delhi, Jaipur, Agra, and Varanasi. That said, we’re sorry to learn that parts of your experience fell short of your expectations. We always strive to provide smooth, well-coordinated travel experiences, and we regret that you felt the need to intervene during the tour regarding logistics and guide communication. We did our best to respond to each of your queries in real-time and made sure your itinerary was being followed as planned, even in challenging situations. Regarding your concerns with the local guides, we work with a variety of government-licensed professionals in each city. While we brief them with your itinerary beforehand, at times, communication gaps can occur — and we acknowledge that this should have been handled more seamlessly. We will take your feedback seriously to ensure better coordination and behavior expectations from all partners. Concerning the vehicle, we had arranged a Toyota Innova Crysta, which is the best option available in this category for a group of 5 with luggage. Prior to the tour, we also gave you the option of upgrading to a larger 8-seater vehicle to ensure extra comfort for your family, especially considering the long drives, but we understand you declined the offer due to a tight budget. Even so, we did our best to make the Innova setup work for your group size. We would also like to clarify that our driver was instructed to follow a professional code of conduct, and any deviations from that are not representative of our service standards. We have already addressed this matter internally with the driver in question. As for the sunset cruise in Varanasi — we regret any disappointment caused. You were taken to witness the world-renowned Ganga Aarti ceremony from the boat, which is the highlight of the evening cruise. While the boat remained stationary to allow you to view the full ceremony from a prime location, we understand that expectations may have varied, and we apologize for any miscommunication. We genuinely tried to make this journey memorable for you and your family — including elderly parents and your child — by ensuring your hotel stays, intercity transfers, sightseeing, and meals were all managed as per the package inclusions.
