  I was thinking of flying to Cusco a day earlier to get used to the altitude. Do you also know how cold it will be during the day and night for the tour? I think it is winter in Peru now but the temperature can still get quite warm.

  In case of the car seat, you would need a seat to put it on. Usually parents bring a baby body carrying on, where they can carry the baby during the tours and transportation.
