  The tour was as described on the tour description, and the driver did an excellent job in challenging traffic situations. The guide in Agra, Mr Khan was very knowledgeable and Nameera was passionate about Jaipur and shared many different places with us. Sanjeev communicated with us from when making the booking and kept in contact all the time, we even had the opportunity to be invited to his home for a meal with his family.   Adventures Ranthambore Wildlife Safari Tour with Golden Triangle - 7Days. We had a number of guides throughout our stay, all were great! At the same time Sanjeev, leader of Fragrance of Taj, was reachable at all times if needed. The Taj Mahal lived up to my expectations and I loved the sunrise visit. We were fortunate to see a female tiger and her 2 cubs (that looked nearly as big as her) on our afternoon safari and followed them until they moved into a no go zone for us. Sanjeev and our driver, Shyan Panday, listened to our wishes and worked hard to fulfil them! Thanks Sanjeev and Shyan for a wonderful trip we loved visiting your country!Show more

  Highlights - Isham (sp?) was an incredible guide for the Taj Mahal, he knew so much about the history and also all the amazing photo spots! Cannot recommend enough to have a private guide for the Taj Mahal and to get a priority ticket to help beat the crowds. Also highly recommend Nameera for Jaipur - her passion and knowledge of her pretty city really brought the place to life for me, it was a wonderful day. And Manoj was my driver for the whole trip and I felt very safe with him at the wheel, despite the crazy traffic in India! Loved meeting and feeding Chanda the elephant in Jaipur, very special experience. Special souvenirs I bought to remember India - pashmina in Agra, sapphire ring in Jaipur, tailor made hand block printed pants in Jaipur. Lowlights/Areas for improvement - was told before the trip that card was accepted everywhere, however when I arrived I discovered that this was not the case when visiting the monuments, they only accept cash on site. Was also not briefed on the tipping culture and tips guidance, which made me feel embarrassed and worried that I appeared rude at times. I am a well seasoned traveller that has visited 28+ countries and has no issue with adapting to the local culture, particularly with tips, but would've appreciated some guidance as it was my first time to India. Also still not sure whether I should be paying/tipping for public toilets or not..? The Ranthambore safari was a bit of a let down - was not told to be prepared for an open vehicle and exactly how cold it would be at this time of year. The seats were all wet!! I was the only one that did not bring a blanket or beanie or gloves because I was not advised to be prepared for this. It was an unpleasant experience for me, especially sitting on a cold wet seat for 3 hours, but not all experiences can be perfect and I am glad that I tried it! Also looking back at the itinerary and I believe we missed the visit to Fatehpur Sikri for some reason and there was not Unlimited Wi-Fi in the Car as stated.Show more

  The tour was a positive experience! I did the 7 day Golden triangle & Ranthambore tour with Fragrance of Taj. Mr Sanjeev was good for the emails and answering any queries I had. My driver, Bunty, was a safe driver, and also friendly. I particularly enjoyed my time spent at the Taj Mahal. I was given a personal guide to explain the history, as well as ample time to soak in the atmosphere and take photos. Ranthambore National Park was also phenomenal! I was part of a canter/group safari, and we saw four Tigers all in all! One of the Tigers was wide out in the open, with no bushes or trees as obstructions, and made for great memorable pictures! My guides, and driver, Bunty, also recommended many places to learn about Indian daily work life, and purchase wonderful souvenirs, including jewellery, teas and spices, marble idols and figures, textiles, such as rugs, scarfs, etc. I was even able to get a summer shirt tailored and delivered to my hotel on the same day! There was alot of driving between cities and sights, and some monuments are closed on certain days so the may not be on the itinerary. Overall, I enjoyed my experience with Fragrance of Taj!Show more
