  Our guide Serkan was a world of knowledge about the places we were visiting. He was able to tell us stories and facts along the way that I would not have known. I was very pleased to have traveled London, Scotland, Ireland, Wales with him. He also provided fun facts and fun games which helped pass the time on long stretches of just scenery to look at. The other folks on the bus also felt like he did a great job!Show more

  I thought our tour leader, Serkan, did a great job in leading the tour. His knowledge of the route and history of the sights and area we toured through really added a lot of value to the trip for me. I also thought he was extremely helpful in helping us plan and book reservations while on the tour for excursions we wanted to do in the United Kingdom after we were finished with our coach tour. I felt he was honestly concerned that we got the most enjoyment out of our trip that was possible.Show more

  Best tour leader Pete! Very attentive to every passenger and well organized. Our driver Dave was a master at navigating the busy roads and all the corkscrew turns. Both Peter and Dave made this a trip to remember. Also, hotel breakfasts were bountiful and delicious. Hotels excellant. Would recommend this tour for certain.Show more

  This tour was absolutely amazing. So much to see, and never enough time. But everything that I saw and everywhere I went was necessary. There was no waste of time events or towns visited. The tour guide was also just the best. Rob really went above and beyond to help people out, to explain the itinerary each day, his recommendations and ideas were super helpful. He seemed super passionate about the history and culture of the countries we visited too. The hotels were for the most part good standard. One or two I wouldn't stay at again, but they really are just a place to sleep and store your luggage while you're exploring. It's long days on the coach but the scenery well makes up for it. Nothing felt rushed, except when the trip was widening up and the days just flew by. But that's personal perception I highly recommend this tour, especially if you get Rob and TomShow more

  So, the vast amount of territory we covered, the competence and congeniality of our guide and the care taken by are driver are all standouts. It was promoted as an in depth historical and cultural adventure and thought the guide lived up to the billing. His considerable experience and interpersonal skills certainly shone. I was a bit disappointed in a few of the hotels, particularly the one in the Scottish Highlands which looks like a castle but instead was a 3rd floor walkup without air con on several very hot days. And of course, you cannot do anything about the uninspired British food. They haven't improved in decades! At the end of the trip, as a result of several conversations with the guide, he said the Cost Saver team would "reach out" to me about my price differential concerns. This hasn't happened. I will put together the documentation I have to support my argument that I want compensation for this differential and plan to approach you before making acomplaint to British Tourism.Show more

  Our tour guide, Carmila, and our drivers, two Tony’s, were EXCELLENT! The sites were awesome and will give us lasting memories! We loved most of the accommodations, but a few were a bit lacking. If I could suggest anything, make the hotels reflect the area more(and several did!) instead of the more modern concepts. These countries are old & regal…I would have preferred the same in the hotels.Show more

  We saw and experienced much more than I expected! Travel director and coach driver went out of their way to show us as much as possible. The atmosphere on the coach was great: some music, some quiet time, some historical and cultural teaching. Everyone got along very well.Show more
