There are no private rooms available for this tour, as the idea is to stay and live with a Nomadic Family in their yurt. Travelers have their own yurts next to the one of the family. There are no extra costs. You are free to tip your guide and driver. You will eat with the family in their yurt. The area you'll go, Amarbayasgalant Monastery is located about 6 hours from Ulaanbaatar's airport. So I would not advise to have your flight the same day as the tour ends. Better to fly out the following day.

It was packed with beautiful sand dunes, lakes, historical sites, museums, monasterys, a culture show, camel and horseback riding, shopping, and great company. The food was delicious, and catered towards our taste. Doljkoo is a delight and makes every adventure so fun! The driver guide is very good and safe on the road. He was very polite--he always took care of our luggage, opened our doors for us, and made sure we had a beverage available, and he is a very talented photographer. They know all the secrets to a fun stay, and make you feel like you are together with them on a trip as friends and not guides! I love the people of TTR, you will too once you meet them and go on a tour. This was my second tour with TTR, we have become incredible friends, and I can't wait to go back for another!Show more
