Unfortunately, our experience fell far below the standard described in the tour contract and itinerary. We would like to highlight the following major issues encountered during our trip: 1. Contract and Itinerary Inconsistencies On the very first day, we discovered that the itinerary being followed by our driver-guide, Tallon , differed significantly from the itinerary and contract provided to us. He appeared to be operating from a separate task sheet and was primarily responsible for transporting us between locations. Many of the sightseeing arrangements and activity details listed in our itinerary were either missing or unclear. As a result, we had to review and verify the itinerary with him on a daily basis, creating unnecessary stress and uncertainty throughout the trip. 2. Unannounced Changes and Poor Communication The company changed four nights of accommodation without providing any prior notice. Several activity schedules were also altered without timely communication. Most concerning, a scheduled activity on the final day had not been booked at all. These unexpected changes left our group confused and forced us to spend considerable time resolving issues that should have been managed by the tour operator. 3. Hidden and Unexpected Costs Several attractions and activities that were explicitly listed as included in our contracted itinerary were, in fact, not covered. We were only informed upon arrival that additional payments were required. This resulted in unexpected out-of-pocket expenses and raised serious concerns regarding the accuracy and transparency of the tour information provided. 4. Substandard Guide Services Our contract promised the services of a professional driver-guide. However, Mr. Tsuro functioned primarily as a driver and provided very limited guiding services. He did not give an overview of the tour route, explain the daily itinerary, or provide meaningful information about the destinations we visited. This fell well short of the professional guide service we had been promised and expected. We hope this feedback will be taken seriously and used to improve your operational procedures, communication standards, and quality control.
