As our trips are sold as packages, I'm afraid I can't provide an exact cost breakdown for each individual element. However, I can confirm that the group tour includes transport between each city, accommodation, one activity in each city, and a tour leader who will assist you with getting to and from the train stations, activities and hostels throughout the trip. You'll just need to arrange any flights to and from the starting destination, travel insurance, and spending money for food and any additional sightseeing or activities you may wish to do.

Does this tour do a reverse from Venice back to London?

This group tour is designed for 18-30 year olds, and ends in Venice. We recommend people book their own flights home from there.

Is there any way to make just 1 accommodation for my son? His two friends are already booked for the tour and we just got his passport

Will there be an option to stay in all-female hostel rooms?

With our main Central Europe Group Tours we have a mix of genders, and you will get to choose who you stay with from the group in the hostel rooms, but we can't guarantee that you will be in a female-only room for the duration of the trip. We do actually have two female-only Central Europe departures this year, which you might be interested in. On these tours you are guaranteed to be staying in female-only rooms throughout.

Does this allow enough time for me to meet the group to start the tour? Or, do you recommend arriving the day before.

The group tour officially starts at 5pm, so you're more than welcome to arrive any time before then. Many of our customers do stay the night before the tour begins so they have time to settle in, but it's completely up to you!

Is the youth group (young adult) girls only?

This particular tour is mixed gender, however, we do have a female only version. It's called Girls on Tour: Central Europe. There is a departure on the 14th June or 23rd August.

What is the process after booking the tour?

Post-booking, you'll receive a welcome email, a travel pack, and join a WhatsApp group to meet fellow travellers. A final itinerary will be shared closer to the departure date.

Fantastic Experience of a life time! Went peak season in the summer so it was a full group of 20 from all over the world. I loved that they created a Whatapp group before the tour so alot of worries were aliviated and any questions could be asked. Shannon the group leader was amazing! Don't know how she did it lol. I will say though, there is a lot of free time in each city. So plan for a couple things in each city with flexible times, so you can change as you go. Hostels were all great make sure to load up on the breakfasts when included! Loved the trains and included activities were all fabulous. This is definitely a more independent tour, make sure you're comfortable going off on your own. (But honestly I had no issues, and English is spoken everywhere). I will mention this though- my group happened to be mostly on the younger side (and therefore big drinkers) I think it's a mixed bag each time, but if that's not your scene make sure you are ok with doing your own thing. All in all, though I loved it. Check the weather before you go, and invest in quality power banks, earphones and sleeping aids. 100% would do againShow more

It has been incredible to see Europe with the new friends I made in my group, who were all so lovely. I am so happy I took this trip! I love that there is a planned activity in each city but you also get free days to explore on your own or with new friends. Every city was stunning and I met some great people as well. The thing that made me want to leave a review the most was honesty our tour leader , Cristina was a delight and a perfect balance for our group. She made this trip more memorable then I could have imagined and had great tips for each city too!!!!! Truly an unforgettable experience I would highly recommend. I've just come back from your July Group Tour and wanted to say thank you! Our Tour Leader Richard had a really good approach to leading the tour - very friendly, very approachable and informative! He was very chilled and calm. We saw him as part of the group rather than the group leader which was so nice :) The hostels that were booked were all great, each in their own way. Sir Toby’s in Prague did a great brekkie - you could make your own pancakes (mmm). Plus, they were all a great location. Everyone including me loved how organised the tour was. Lots were speaking positively of this on a number of occasions over the two weeks. For example, the personal travel books provided were a great help and people used these in between cities to plan what they were going to do. It was clear how much effort and research had gone into these books - super informative again! I hadn’t done a group tour until now but after experiencing your tour, I think group touring is highly underrated! It allows people that sense of independence with ‘free time’ whilst still travelling and being ‘looked after’ in a group environment. It’s perfect for the ‘new’ and young traveller, or working professional who wants an effortless adventure as part of a career break. Overall, I think the tour was fab! In terms of accommodation, we provide private rooms for those in the group, so you'll only be staying with other members of your tour.
