Does this trip include Volubilis and Meknes? Meknes is on the map but not mentioned in the itinerary.

The tour does not go to Volubilis and Meknes. It goes to Rabat, Chefchaouen and Fes.

As we are French Canadiens, we were wondering if this tour could be offered in French from September 11th, 2026. We are fully bilingual but would prefer in French since Morroco is a french speaking country. We could also be joining another group, leaving on September 8th, 9th or 10th to have this excursion in French.

Unfortunately, G Adventures tours in Morocco are operated in English only, and we do not offer French-language departures. However, as Morocco is a French-speaking country, you will find that many local guides and service providers speak French.

How many people do you require to confirm the trip? We are looking to travel as a group of about 6-7 people

Our departures do not need a minimum number of passengers to go ahead as our departures are guaranteed.

Is it possible to add on a desert camping night? Do we get to see the Roman Ruins near FEZ? Can I not pay to stay overnights in Casablanca as I have friends I stay with in Casablanca?

Desert camping: Unfortunately, the Northern Morocco: Blue Cities & Bustling Marrakech tour does not include a desert visit or overnight camping, and due to the short 7-day itinerary focused on the north, it's not something that can be added on during the tour. If a Sahara experience is a must, I'd recommend looking at a longer Morocco itinerary instead, as those include desert camping as part of the route. Roman ruins near Fès: This specific tour does not visit the Roman ruins of Volubilis. Volubilis are included on some longer G Adventures trips, but not on this 7-day itinerary, which focuses more on Chefchaouen, Fès, and Marrakech. Staying with friends in Casablanca: The tour includes one night in Casablanca at the start, and accommodation is part of the package. While you're welcome to stay with friends instead, please note: There would be no discount or refund for unused accommodation You would still need to attend the welcome meeting at the starting hotel to meet your CEO and group This tour is absolutely suitable for a solo female traveller – it's a small group with a Chief Experience Officer throughout, which makes it a great and safe way to explore Morocco.

The optional tour of Fes is highly recommended - Said was welcoming, informative and friendly. The group had a good mix of solo travellers and friends, and everyone meshed really well. Travellers were mostly 25-35. My only criticism would be the quality of the hotels booked for this tour. Apart from Chefchaouen, they were all very dated and seemed only to cater to tour groups. The Casablanca hotel wasn’t particularly clean. If the hotels were improved, this tour would be 10/10.Show more

The tour was really good and had a great group. Abdul our tour guide was very knowledgeable about the places we were and we definitely had a laugh with him! He also had some good recommendations for food. The accommodation we stayed in in each place were alright, some better than others but pretty good considering the price I paid for the tour. There were a couple of things on the itinerary that were mentioned that we would see or go to that we didn't, but there were a couple of those things that we sorted ourselves between us in the group. Would definitely recommend this tour if you want to see more of Morocco than just Marrakech.Show more
