There are on the cruise a swimming pool, Gymnasium, Laundry service, Bar, SPA and restaurant. The Nile cruise will be M/S Reinassance or M/S Radamis or similar.

We had one for Cairo day (pyramids, GEM), a professional archaeologist who showed us some video from a documentary where he was doing a dig. Super knowledgeable, friendly and effiicient. Another guide for the Cruise (Hamed) who did a superb job of managing every detail. Enthusiastic, funny, friendly and knowledgeable about all of the sites we visited and sites we passed on the cruise. He’s been doing this for 25 years and his expertise showed. Saw no signs of anything being affected by the Middle East situation, except for the large drop in tourists that many commented on. The only time in the trip I felt unsafe at all was the long pre-dawn drive to Abu Simbel where the hired driver was a little too aggressive in his driving for my liking. But we made it there and back without a hitch. Amazing bucket list trip. -Show more

We really enjoyed this tour. My favourite highlights were the hot air balloon ride (we booked online on our own about a month before we left for the trip and it was much less expensive and our passenger basket was smaller snd less crowded and we departed from the same field as those in our tour group who booked with our tour administrator), camel riding at thr Giza pyramids and the visit to the Nubian Village. The massage on board the boat was fantastic (the prices on the menu are negotiable). The Hotel Gewan was very nice in Cairo. The domestic flights were seamless. Our guide at the Grand Egyptian Museum was extremely knowledgeable and the museum was spectacular! Our tour guide (Ashraf) on the boat portion of the tour was incredibly helpful, patient and knowledgeable. The buffet food is good (breakfast at the hotel and breakfast/lunch/dinner on the boat were good…however the boxed breakfasts for the very early morning departures for excursions leave a lot to be desired (hopefully they change that ASAP). There was a mix of day and evening visits to temples. For those who want to shop, there is not a lot of time for that so plan accordingly. Plan to buy bottled water pretty much everywhere, including on the ship. We came to visit Egypt the middle 2 weeks of April and we had sunshine and 25C to 35C weather on this trip. Pack comfortable shoes for the temple visits and a hat and something to cover your arms (light shawl) and loose clothing (dresses/skirts past your knees/capri pants). If you have environmental/food/perfume/horse allergies be sure to let the tour company know as you will regularly encounter diesel fumes/cigarette smoke/perfume/nuts & seafood on this tour. There is a pool on the top level of the ship.Show more

Payment information
- For any tour departing before June 28th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after June 28th, 2026, a minimum payment of 30% is required to confirm your booking with Beyond The Nile Tours. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 70 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Beyond The Nile Tours will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "Beyond The Nile Tours" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
