- Day 1 Kathmandu- Lukla- Phakding 2652m, 3 hours trekking
- Day 2 Phakding- Namche Bazar 3,440m, 3 hours trekking
- Day 3 Namche Bazaar Hike
- Day 4 Namche Bazaar- Phortse 3850m, 4 hours trekking
- Day 5 Phortse- Dingboche
- Day 6 Dingboche acclimatization 4350m
- Day 7 Dingboche - Chukhung 4750m
- Day 8 Chhukung - Island peak base camp 5150m
- Day 9 Island peak base camp - High camp at around 5,600 meters
- Day 10 High camp - Ascent of island peak 6173m
- Day 11 Chhukung 4,750 m - Tengboche 4252m
- Day 12 Tengboche-Namche Bazaar - Monjo 3440m, 5 hours trekking
- Day 13 Monjo - Lukla 2800m, 3-4 hours trekking our last day on these lovely mountains.
- Day 14 Lukla - Kathmandu, 35-minute flight to Kathmandu
