In the tour Exploring the sacred valley and MachuPicchu, you mentioned we take the train at Ollantaytambo but it is not mentioned that we visit the place . Do we visit the place?

On the Sacred Valley (day 01) the places visited are: Chinchero, Textile Center, Moray, Maras (Salt Mines), after that we arrive to Ollantaytambo to go to the train station and continue by train to Aguas Calientes town (normally the time isn't enough to visit Ollantaytambo town).

Are the costs of the entrance tickets to archeological sites included in the cost of the excursion? Which circuits are included? What do you suggest us to visit meaning which circuit? It is our first time visiting Peru. How much time in advance do you have to book?

We will include only will not include the tickets to the Sacred Valley which is like 25 USD per person. However, we will include the rest such as hotels, tour guide, buses to Machu Picchu, tourist regular train to Machu Picchu, tickets to Machu Picchu and 1 breakfast at the hotel. The best ticket to have for Machu Picchu is circuit 2 and if you want to get that ticket I suggest to book well in advance or at least 4 months before your departure.

We can include the archaeological site of Ollantaytambo. Pisac is located in another direction of the Sacred Valley, off the route. Moray, Chinchero, and the salt mines are already included in your tour. Entrance to the Sacred Valley is not included, but entrance to Machu Picchu is included.

I am wondering if there is a way to join the 2 day exploring the sacred valley and Machu Picchu without having to go back to Cusco?

We are very sorry, but for the date you mentioned, tickets to Machu Picchu are sold out.

what about luggage for overnight stay? Can we bring a carryon suitcase - On the train or in your vehicle?

We recommend to bring a day backpack during the tour but it's possible to bring your carryon suitcase but you need to pick them up after getting the Aguas Calientes town. The train company will charge you extra but it's possible.

Seeking customized itinerary to Machu Picchu for 2 couples. We have been told that we should plan to do an overnight at a higher altitude on the first day, in order to help us adjust to the altitude change before traveling to Machu Picchu on day two. Would appreciate a recommended itinerary with a quote per couple for a complete package.

To reach Machu Picchu first you need to reach Cusco region. First you need to take a flight from Lima to Cusco and then travel by car from Cusco city to Ollantaytambo train station, then by train to Aguas Calientes, and finally a bus to Machu Picchu, and to return you need to follow the same route to reach Cusco. We think the days that you have won't be enough to visit Machu Picchu.

Is is too cold to visit your area during July? How is usually the weather, sunny or cloudy in July? I will appreciate any other information. I am an older woman but in good physical condition.
