The Nepal Trekking Company was referred to us by friends and we booked an EBC trek with them. The experience from first contact to the last interaction was very impressive and professional. They delivered on 100% of their commitments. Our guide, who's also one of the partners, was very experienced and knowledgable. Patient, willing to help and flexible with all reasonable requests. Arrangements were great, so was the choice of accommodation and food both in the city and in the mountains. In all, I have no hesitation in recccomending them and would gladly have them arrange my next adventure in Nepal. Great job, Santosh and Shraban and Thank You both for making my EBC experience a very memorable one!Show more

I booked with this company thanks the recommendation of a friend. I am really glad I did. Everything has been perfectly organised by Santos and our guide was the best. They were flexible and propose to adapt our trek should we wish to. I hurt myself the first day of the trek but thanks to Shraban, I made it to the Base camp and back. He is very nice and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend booking a trek with them.Show more

Visa
- Unfortunately we cannot offer you a visa application service. Whether you need a visa or not depends on your nationality and where you wish to travel. Assuming your home country does not have a visa agreement with the country you're planning to visit, you will need to apply for a visa in advance of your scheduled departure.
- Here is an indication for which countries you might need a visa. Please contact the local embassy for help applying for visas to these places.
Payment information
- For any tour departing before April 30th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after April 30th, 2026, a minimum payment of 40% is required to confirm your booking with The Nepal Trekking Company. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 15 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and The Nepal Trekking Company will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "The Nepal Trekking Company" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
Cancellation Policy
- Your money is safe with TourRadar, as we only pay the tour operator after your tour has departed.
