  If we purchase separate flights to the islands from Quito, do we just notify you of the times and you arrange for transportation to/from the airport? It says the tour includes hikes, but does the cost also include the snorkeling and other activities?

    Yes, that's correct. This program includes the hotel accommodation, transportation within the Galápagos, and the guiding and activities specifically indicated in the itinerary. The flights from Quito to the Galápagos are not included in the tour price and need to be booked separately. Once we have your flight information, we will coordinate the airport transfers according to your arrival and departure times.

    Can you give me the information about booking flights now? We want to get an idea of complete cost before we book. Is there a different airline or flight you would recommend? We would like to do the snorkeling, kayaking, hiking, and extra excursions during our free time! If we book, is it a guaranteed departure of the tour?

    if you are looking to book your own tickets , you have to keep in mind that the flight to Galápagos is on Day 2 (Day 1 is arrival to Quito or Guayaquil) and fly out of Galápagos should be Day 6. Our program includes the sightseeing mentioned in program like : hikes , hotel , Guide & transportation in the Galápagos. On Day 5 since it is a free day we can recommend you several options. Finally all of our programs are guaranteed even with 2 participant.

    I guess I was just wondering if you use LATAM airlines or some other local more direct airline to book? Are there flights that arrive earlier in the morning on 1/26? We hate to miss anymore time on the islands! We are also interested in an additional hotel night on 1/24 (will be arriving late that night) and also things to do in Quito 1/25 before the group starts that evening.

    The only airlines that fly to the Galápagos are LATAM and Avianca. Both are good options, as they offer a very similar level of service. Normally, flights from Quito to San Cristóbal stop in Guayaquil, and the total flight time is around 3 hours. Most flights arrive in San Cristóbal around midday. Since your program starts on January 25 and the regular hotel check-in time is 2:00 PM, if you arrive in Quito at night on January 24 we have to add 135 usd extra for this night. Then are our regular check-in time is at 2:00 PM , so there is a gap between 10 am to 2pm on Jan 25 that it needs to be cover by you too in order to keep the same room . In this case the surcharge is usd 80 extra

    We can also assist with your Galápagos flight booking for $690 per person, including one checked bag up to 23 kg (50 lbs) per person. You're also welcome to book the flights yourself. This and also the extra hotel nights (if needed) can be arranged after your tour booking is confirmed.

  Can you advise roughly what time the Flight lands back in Quito at the end of the tour? I may look to fly out from there the same evening.

    Flights from Galápagos to Quito typically arrive between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM, although exact schedules may vary depending on the airline and travel date.
    
    If you are planning to book your international flight on the same evening, we recommend choosing a late-night departure to allow enough time for any possible flight delays and airport procedures.
    
    Alternatively, if you prefer, we can arrange an extra night at a hotel near the airport, allowing you to take a flight the following morning with greater peace of mind.

    Also my flight lands into Quito at 15:50 local time. Do you think it would be possible to start the tour on the day I land or would I be better waiting until the following day?

    Also I notice the flight from Quito is not included in the price. Is this the same for the flight back to Quito. Is this something you will arrange at a cost or should I book the flights myself with you telling me the times needed?

    On the day of your arrival, you will have your tour briefing at your hotel at 6:30 PM, where you will also be spending the night. Your flight to the Galápagos Islands is scheduled for the following day.
    Please also note that the airport-to-hotel transfer is not included, so you will need to make your own way to the hotel after arriving in Quito.

    This program doesnt include the Galapahos air ticket however we can help you booking it for 590 per person after the tour is booked. On Day 6 normally you land in Quito by 5 pm

    This program Supplement is 1995 usd. Air ticket is not included as listed in program, we can assist you booking it for usd 690 (pay locally). Galapagos flight normally goes as follows: Quito to San Cristobal on Day 2 arriving by 11 am. Baltra to Quito on Day 6 arriving by 5 pm.

    we will be finishing up another trip and will be in Lima on June 3rd. we need to get from Lima to Quito and from airport to hotel on June 3rd. Then we'd like you to give us options on flights on June 4th and does this trip cover transfers to and from airport in Quito?
