  Tour was good. Rooms meet our expectations. Breakfast was delicious everyday. We enjoyed the option to explore cities on our own and meet the group later at an assigned location. The cities visited were beautiful and we were given some history and ideas of things to see/visit. I didn't like that we had three different tour guides on a seven day tour. I also would have liked to been provided advance notice of a city change. We had no time to research the city that was substituted, which may have been part of the reason it was the only city we did not enjoy our time in. Overall, I do recommend Tourradar and Euromondo. It fit our agenda to explore some additional cities during our European Vacation. All the staff that we encountered were polite and helpful. Other tour guests were also kind.   Switzerland tour is goood,satisfied with it but Overall is okayi and disorganized ,1st complaints i have is that our tour started in Switzerland and ENDS IN Rome but it wasn’t specified upon booking that it won’t go back to the place we started so we have to purchase our ticket from Rome to Switzerland,our Rome to Switzerland was a disaster,we were supposed to leave for US yesterday but it was rebooked due to Engine Malfunction and it did not happened once we have been cancelled and deplained agaiin in Stuggart Germany,so we ended up rebooking our international flights,our hotel ,transportation and another expenses.Also Rome tour,Its a half day tour if we won’t so the vatican tour or the walking tour,Our city tour ended 1030 and waa told to go to our hotel on our own,why not send transportation ftom Vatican to Hotel for those people doesn’t wanr tour rather than spending money again for transportation.Tour groups is alao large like 62 people with one guide is not enough.I hope you guys van make improvements with my concerns.Thank you.Show more

  It’s a company that you would regret paying whatever you did . If you expect someone is going to welcome you with open arms and smilingly tell you your schedules for the day then forget it . The communication is extremely poor . We did their swiss and Italy spotlight trip. From day 1 we were struggling . There was no one to tell us what to do on your first free day or to greet you . The hotel staff was clueless . Hotel selections were cheap hotels far away from centre where even to buy a meal you have to travel and spend a lot of money. Eating at hotel was expensive and you are expected to pay for water , tea bags etc . The guides at Europamundo are like military professionals. You will feel sometimes you are on an army training campus where they shout and scream at you for being even a minute late , expect you to be up really early and there is no respect for the elderly . If you request you need to stop somewhere for a toilet they will rudely turn you away at times . The vacation was so de densely packed that it did not feel like a holiday at all and we as a family feel we need another holiday to get over this one . Overall I would rate them 0/5 for bad hospitality, poor communication, zero compassion and indifferent attitude towards elderly . You are better off paying twice somewhere else and having a better holiday . This company is a nightmare To travel withShow more

Regarding additional amenities like a refrigerator or kettle, these are not guaranteed. However, please rest assured that hotel staff is committed to assisting you with anything necessary to ensure that your room is in good condition. As for the air conditioning issue, this could have been addressed quickly at the reception, and they could have helped expedite breakfast service. We understand that the timings can be quite early, but we do this so that you can enjoy the services offered in our tour. Europamundo hotel.

  Zurich part of the trip was good. Hotels were reasonable, food was reasonable. It kind of went downhill after that....
  Zurich part of the trip was good. Hotels were reasonable, food was reasonable. It kind of went downhill after that. It seems like Europomundo tour operator guides are over worked and get overwhelmed at time. Communication was very poor. I landed at Zurich Airport and the person picking me up was late. I tried calling the listed number, no answer. Anyway, I got picked up and checked in. There was no information on next day pick up time or guide. I had to make several calls to get that info, even though the email said that the info will be posted in the reception area (there was none). The hotel in Milan was OK but in Rome (Ergife), it was terrible. The bathroom had a lot of black algae growing, the bathroom floor was very dirty, the room was very stinky, while the site said Covid health precautions and cleanliness protocols were followed It was bad way to end the tour. Communication again was terrible. So here are ny suggestions for you 1. You have everyone's email. Send out a daily email blast with the day's programming in detail. A bcc to a group email keeps everyone's email private. It avoid confusion Poor guides were trying to do their best to state the day's program over and over again, yet there was confusion. 2. Give people a a choice for hotel upgrade with additional money. I know you have to collect everyone at one spot, however, you can have the second nicer hotel along the bus route. 3. Let people know in advance to keep some change as most of the Toilet area will let you in for a fee (you need to keep some change) 4. Provide info on Apps to buy tickets for buses and trains I wish I could send you pictures of the last hotel in Rome so you can see for yourselfShow more

  The hotel in Italy was not up to standard, carpet was old and flush not working, last day no hot water, and guide in Italy was knowledgeable but not so friendly, while guide in Italy should be more knowledgable however was very friendly. I would recommend more knowledgeable and friendly guides , overall the Tour was good in the sense that we visited many places in short time.Show more
