Rüdesheim
The morning brings cruising through the Romantic Rhine Valley. You can spend free time exploring Rudesheim or sign up for an optional excursion to the Museum of Mechanical Musical Instruments if that interests you. Later you'll have dinner at a riverside restaurant in Rudesheim, then the ship continues toward Mannheim.

An optional coach excursion takes you to Heidelberg, and you return to the ship in Speyer. In the afternoon, a guided tour of Speyer with the hostess follows. After that, you'll cruise toward Strasbourg. The evening brings New Year's Eve dinner and celebration on board.
