Currently our regular departures are operating with a minimum of two passengers, the most flexible policy of any major touroperator.

May I know when will we end in Rome?

For the last day you don't have any activities. So you can leave the hotel after breakfast or at the moment you want to leave. The hotels are confirmed 48 hours before the start of the tour, we cannot guarantee now which hotel will be. Remember this tour does not include the transfer to the airport. Day 9 Rome: After breakfast, end of our services.

Question: If I book this trip and I need to apply for Visa (as visa application requires detail tour , hotel stay , tickets etc) What happens if I get visa later?than the booking dates

You can definitely change your date if necessary, however there will be amendment fees to be paid: - If you change your departure date up to 31 days before tour start, it will cost 100 EUR. - If you change your departure date between 30-11 days before tour start, it will cost 100 EUR + 10% tour and any extra services booked. - If you change your departure date between 10 and 1 day before tour start, it will cost 100 EUR + 25% tour and any extra services booked.

Can my wife join the tour from Rome on Oct 9th? She would arrive on 8th night at Rome. Hope this would not be a problem.

No problem, your wife would arrive the same day the circuit starts but at night. Please take note, the circuit includes airport/hotel transfer but since they would arrive at different times, only one of the two could have this service, the other person must arrive on their own or pay an additional airport/hotel transfer.

Does this mean there is no English guide in Milan and Zurich?

All our overland routes, in group or private, unless otherwise noted, include accompanying tour leaders (English speaking) and local guides if so specified. On some tours, according to the number of passengers, the service may be provided in bilingual (usually in English and Spanish), either accompanied by two tour leaders, one for each language, or a single tour leader for smaller groups explaining in both languages.

We have enjoyed our recent tour of Italy and Switzerland with Euromundo. The itinerary was well planned and our stops gave us ample of time to explore each city. Our tour guide Ivan (the terrible) was very informative and engaging throughout the tour. We really enjoyed his stories on and off the bus. He was always available and ready with suggestions for all of our needs. Juan (our bus driver) was very professional and a safe driver. We felt comfortable traveling with him. Our local guides were always waiting for us ready to show us around. The accommodations throughout were very comfortable and breakfasts were filling. The group we traveled with changed a few times over the week as some people left for other destinations and we had people join us from other tours. It had some pluses and some drawbacks too. Overall we had a great time visiting some amazing locations and learning more in-depth about them.Show more

The pros: you get to visit many cities without the hassle of carrying your luggage around train stations, for a fair price. You can have a great experience if you're OK with the cons (below). It's very fast paced. The cons: 1) The hotels are very far from the tourist attractions. Almost every night is wasted, because you need to meet everyone at 6 PM, or you'll miss the bus to the hotel (all of them were far from the tourist attractions). And there's nothing to do near the hotels. Sometimes 40 minutes to 1 hour isn't enough to enjoy the city. 2) The hotel in Rome (Ergife) was the worst - it's a 20-minute walk from the nearest subway station. We had to walk in the rain on the way back to the hotel. The toilet wasn't 100% clean, but it was OK to use. 2) it gets annoying to listen to the tour leader repeating every day "if you're not here at the expected time we will leave you here". Well, that's what phone numbers are for, use WhatsApp messages, whatever. It would be good to have a Whatsapp group to communicate with the rest of the group. I didn't think much of it, but then we started another tour with another operator, and the first thing the tour guide did was: "here's my number, call me or message me and I'll find you" (totally different from Europamundo's tour guides). So be aware of that, and be careful to remember the meeting point. We got the meeting point wrong once, and we almost missed the bus.Show more

In reference to this matter, in the trip itinerary it is notified that this optional excursion is a "Full Day" excursion, therefore, when purchasing this excursion, the included services of that day are lost. 3. Arrival time to Rome 21:00 aprox. 4. We evaluate the situation on each destination every week, should we find a significant change that forces us to cancel the departure we will promptly inform you. In the past, due to these changing situations we have been forced to cancel a departure up to seven days prior to the departure date. Visa
- Unfortunately we cannot offer you a visa application service. Whether you need a visa or not depends on your nationality and where you wish to travel. Assuming your home country does not have a visa agreement with the country you're planning to visit, you will need to apply for a visa in advance of your scheduled departure.
- Here is an indication for which countries you might need a visa. Please contact the local embassy for help applying for visas to these places.
Payment information
- For any tour departing before June 23rd, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after June 23rd, 2026, a minimum payment of $125 is required to confirm your booking with Europamundo. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 50 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Europamundo will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "Europamundo" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
Cancellation Policy
- Your money is safe with TourRadar, as we only pay the tour operator after your tour has departed.
- TourRadar is an authorized Agent of Europamundo. Please familiarize yourself with the Europamundo payment, cancellation and refund conditions.
Accessibility
