Horrible Experience - Not Worth the Money Our South American Capitals Tour with TourRadar was a joke. Constant...

Reply from: Responsible Travel South America
Dear Whitney, also on my behalf thank you very much for your feedback, although I am very sad to learn that you did not enjoy the South American Capitals Tour, one of our most popular and most liked tours. I understand that even though we were in constant contact before and throughout your travel, you did not feel taken care of enough. I always value my passenger’s safety and peace of mind, trying to make them feel comfortable so they can enjoy the highlights of their travel, and I am sorry to hear that my efforts did not accomplish that goal during your tour and that the hotel change, even as it was actually an upgrade, wasn't conveyed by our operators on the ground as requested. I will take your feedback as a motivation to further improve my services, considering the individual requirements of every single traveler to provide unique experiences in these unique destinations. Kind regards, Riwal.

For this program you will be accompanied by a guide at every tour, and joining a group at each one. A different local guide will be with you at each South American city, so you will have a deeper cultural immersion. Since you will not be with the same group all the time, it's more a semi-private experience.

We are still considering all options and are not booking anything at this time. I will message in the future if we decide to do the tour.

      TravelerWritten March 2024

Could not sleep a night! I would not travel if I had to stay in another NH hotel.

    • Responsible Travel South AmericaOperatorWritten March 2024

We can give you an alternative, please check Rochester Concept Hotel & American Park Hotel which are some nice alternatives.

    • C

      Crystal

      TravelerWritten March 2024

Are you saying that if the group is staying at the NH I could stay at one of the alternatives?

    • Responsible Travel South AmericaOperatorWritten March 2024

For this tour, you will join different groups every day, so you won't have a fixed group joining you for the entire trip. You just need to tell me which hotel you prefer from the alternatives and I will request we use that one.

    • Responsible Travel South AmericaOperatorWritten February 2024

Your trip includes different tours, all of them are shared, but not necessarily with the same group of travelers. The departures of these tours are all confirmed, so you can rest assured that you and your partner will enjoy all of them.
