I’m glad those were a highlight. I completely understand your point about traveling solo. Once the group departure didn’t materialise, I chose to keep the trip running privately rather than cancel it, so you could still travel on your planned dates. I know that’s not the same as the group experience you originally booked, but my intention was to make sure the trip could still go ahead smoothly. I’m also sorry to hear about your experience in Baños. We’ve worked with that hotel for a long time and had not received this kind of feedback before, but I will absolutely raise it with them and review it internally as well.
