  How much would it be for a single room or for one individual to be in a room alone? Additionally, if the five individuals are traveling from different destinations and their flights arrive at the airport at different times, are there shuttles to accommodate travel to the hotel if all five people do not arrive at the airport at the same time.

    About airport transfers if everyone arrives at different times. Yes, this can be accommodated. If the five travelers are arriving at different times, the best option is for each traveler to book separately as an individual on TourRadar. When each person has their own booking, the airport transfer is included for each traveler, and we can schedule each pickup based on their own flight arrival time.
    If everyone books together under one reservation, the included transfer is usually set up as a single coordinated service, so separate arrivals can get "tricky".

    Is it fair to say there is only one trip leaving on July 6th, meaning if I book separately for myself, and two other couples book independently for July 6th, it will guarantee that we are on the same trip?

    Is there an additional flight from David to Panama City or there is bus/other transportation to take the group from David to Panama City on the Day 8 to be near the airport for international departure on Day 9.

    Sure. Great question, and thanks for flagging that wording.
    In this itinerary, Day 8 is written as a ground transfer from Boquete (Chiriquí) back to Panama City (by vehicle), so the group ends the tour in Panama City, and then Day 9 is the airport transfer for your international departure.
    The line "Flight David → Panama City, subject to availability" means that sometimes (depending on flight seats/schedules for your exact dates), we can replace that Day 8 road transfer with a domestic flight from David (DAV) to Panama City to make the return faster.

    Without insurance on the trip, if I pay the deposit today and pay in full two months before the trip, what is the cancellation policy if I cannot make the trip? Do I get my money back or what percentage?

    Yes, on here you can choose a payment schedule and pay the minimum 20% deposit per person to confirm the booking, or you can pay in full. For this tour, the remaining balance is typically due 60 days before departure and is charged automatically on the due date. If you book "2 per room" and one person drops out you can convert the booking so that the remaining traveler has a solo/private room, but it works like this: The traveler who can't go would be treated as a cancellation (so their payment is subject to the cancellation policy).

    We want to pay separately, therefore 3-4 separate reservations but would like to make sure we are always in the same hotel and on the same bus. How can we guarantee that all six of our in the party are in the same hotel and on the same bus?

    You can absolutely book as 3–4 separate reservations and still travel together as one group. For that reason, I suggest that everyone book the same travel date. That's the #1 requirement to be on the same service and book the rooms exactly as planned. Each party should choose the correct room type during checkout (double vs. single). Then, I will need you to send me the booking references right after booking.

    You can book the tour first to lock in space, and then purchase your international flights anytime in the next few weeks. Once you have flight details, just send me the arrival + departure info and we'll align the airport transfers and logistics.

    Yes, in most cases we can switch your room from single to double and add your partner, as long as there's availability at the hotels for those dates.

    I dont think they will offer the PADI course just for two dives, we might have to contact the dive shop directly to discuss that he only needs to finish two dives. I think one day would be fine.

    Three hotels is correct: one in the city, one in Bocas, and another in Boquete, in each province where you stay, you do a tour. If you are staying in Boquete Chiriqueí, you must purchase a one-hour flight to Panama City. Snorkeling is included in the Bocas del Toro tour. Yes, it is possible to stay in the north and not return to Panama City on the last day.

    I will not be with you in Panama, you will have a new specialist guide for each sector you will visit. The classic price for a flight between Panama City and Bocas del Toro is from 130 $ to 200$, and from David to Panama City almost the same 100 $ to 200$. The hotel in Panama City is depending on the availability, one of them is Gran Evenia.
