Is there anyway we can go to the Louvre which we visit the Paris Switzerland tour.

The Louvre museum is not included in this tour, if you want to visit it you should look for the possibility of doing it in your free time. Currently our regular departures are operating with a minimum of two passengers, the most flexible policy of any major touroperator. However, please keep in mind that at this date we still cannot guarantee the operation for your chosen departure. Since we depend on situations outside our control like the evolution of the pandemic, vaccination rates and border policies set by each country, we evaluate our destinations week by week in order to make a decision whether to operate it or not. Additionally, we strongly recommend that you find out beforehand all requirements and restrictions you may have to comply in order to enter the countries you plan to visit to avoid any setback, for we will not be held liable should any entry impediments should arise during your trip.

Day 8 ZURICH, BERNE, PARIS Total distance: 720 km Scenery: Lakes and mountains in Switzerland. Note: We enter France, remember to have your passport ready. 07.30 h. - Zurich – Departure. 09:00 h. – Bern – Arrival-. Free time in the Swiss capital which has an attractive historical centre with the appearance of a "large village". We will visit the Federal Council Square, the Cathedral and the Clock Tower, and see the city's statues and fountains. 12.00 h. - Bern - Departure-. View of Neuchatel Lake. We cross the Free Country amidst beautiful scenery. After crossing the French border we will stop for lunch in a service area. 21.00 h. -Paris - Arrival. End of our services. Please, check the time of your flight in case you might need an additional night. Important note: In case you have to book an external service (plane/train...) on the day of the end of your tour with activities included, please remember that the schedules of the detailed itineraries are the "planned" ones but may be affected by different circumstances (traffic density, customer delays, breakdowns...). Do not book a flight/train with a tight schedule without taking this into account. Always leave a margin in the schedule for unforeseen events. The circuit ends at the hotel in Paris, which will be confirmed 48 hours before the start of the circuit. Important: Tonight in Paris is not included

Child is 15. Since this trip is in December will any Christmas be included?

For Christmas nothing is organized, you can organize at the destination with the group but it would be something on your own, it is not included in the tour

Upon checking in, I showed my voucher, saying I was with a tour. When she looked at it, she said no need. Long story short, I never got the white envelope!   I'm afraid we can't retroactively apply a sale deal to an adventure that has already been booked and confirmed. Unfortunately, we have no control over when Europamundo decides to run a sale on an adventure, but similar to purchasing other travel product like flight tickets, once you have made your booking an airfare sale cannot be applied some days after you booked.

  is it possible to know the hotel or at least the area of the hotel further in advance? I don't want to be stuck without a hotel the night of returning to Paris because they've run out of availability if I were to check 2 days before departure. If I can at least know the neighborhood we're returning to then I can plan for a nearby hotel so it's not an extended transfer trying to get somewhere with my suitcase at 9pm

What is the transportation on the last day of tour from Bern back to Paris and where are we being drop off once in Paris? Do you have rooms that can accommodate 3 adults with rollaway ok for the 3rd person?

  Europamundo cannot guarantee that all the rooms in the hotels will have double beds. It is possible that in some hotels the room will have two single/twin beds. In many hotels triple rooms will be a double room (one or two beds) with an additional bed which in some cases might be a sofa-bed or a folding bed. This may result in less space available and comfort than in a normal double rooms. We do not recommend booking triple rooms for three adults; we would only suggest this for families travelling with a child.

  On the last day the tour finishes at our arrival in Paris around 8pm. The bus comes to a stop at a 4-star hotel, we work with several of them, but I cannot tell you which one yet for we are still on the booking phase for this tour. Should you need it we may provide a post-night tour guaranteed at the hotel we arrive, the cost per person in double room is 75 euros, buffet breakfast included.

  You will be using a coach bus to travel within each country. It is great opportunity to meet other like minded fellow travellers and create a trip of a life time. Europamundo Vacaciones provides land transport services by coach.

  The hotels that I sent you are planned hotels, and they are confirmed according to the availability of each one, you should not choose it, only see the options that we have since you will be in one of those. The hotels are confirmed 48 hours before the start of the tour, we cannot guarantee now which hotel will be.
