      While the rainy season can make some roads muddy, we use strong 4x4 safari vehicles operated by experienced drivers who know the terrain well. This ensures safe and reliable travel even in wet conditions.

      The rains do not reduce your chances of seeing primates. In fact, the forests are lush and food is abundant, so monkeys and gorillas remain active. The main difference is that treks may be a little muddier, but sightings are still very likely.

    Is there any gorilla tour that we can add 2 or 3 additional back to back days of gorilla trecking added to a longer tour of 10 days?

      I would like to suggest the 12 days Gorilla and Game Safari in Uganda which will give you a chance to track gorillas in 3 different sectors, Rushaga, Nkuringo and Mgahinga. The cost of this trip will be USD $7210 for a single traveler. Since this trip starts from Entebbe, it is better to fly in through Entebbe Airport.

  • Payment information
    • For any tour departing before June 1st, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after June 1st, 2026, a minimum payment of 40% is required to confirm your booking with Primate World Safaris (U) Ltd. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 30 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
    • Some departure dates and prices may vary and Primate World Safaris (U) Ltd will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
