On this tour you will stay in mixed bed dorms in hostels for 5 nights and then 4 nights swag camping (we provide the swags, you will just need to either bring your own sleeping bag or purchase one for $75 from us). The bus does have USB chargers, but these are limited, so we recommend to bring a power bank too.

Just wondering if there will be places without phone reception along the route? I am in between jobs and may require phone reception to email/ phone my new company with visa info. In regards to the reception along the route, it really depends what provider you have, there is usually Telstra reception at some stage everyday. We usually get people between the age of 18 and 60 years old. The Perth to Exmouth, Karijini and Return is definitely not a party tour.

I was badly injured on tour, I had a head injury due to a cheap, awful accommodation, Kalbarri Backpackers getting their set- up horrendously wrong. I required emergency treatment and stitches as a result. Adventure Tours says the accommodation is at fault, the owner of the accommodation refuses to engage on the matter. It's atrocious behaviour and this company should not be running if they can't get the basics right.Show more

Our tour guides were very good. A big thank you to Aaron and Sue. I'm still impressed by Sue's knowledge, easygoing way and dealing with problems. Aaron is a funny guy who is always in a good mood and has a cheeky saying on his lips. Both worked great together as a team and made the trip unforgettable for us. However, the tour could be two days longer, so that there is more time in the Karijini, for example. Unfortunately, that fell short.   Vodafone is not the best provider in the area (Testra is) but you might have some days where you do have reception and you can call home if needed. In regards to sold out tours, we unfortunately are not able to get a bigger bus in case the tour is sold out. Last but not least, there are indeed USB chargers on the bus.

  I did have thoughts of driving to Perth from here in Vic (rather than add flights to Perth, so the extra cost of flights returning to Perth from Broome as well to do adventure tour may be a concern. I'm also not sure I need to add Broome as a destination (been there before), but Karajini, Coral Coast & Pinnacles are definite bucket list items for me
