I have two main questions: 1. For most tours, it says "Rental bike is not included" - does that mean we have to arrange bike hire separately? Or do you arrange a bike hire and we just have to pay extra on arrival? Either way, do you have a rough idea of the price of the hire?

In terms of transport to/from airport - all tours I have seen don't include this. So do you just tell us a time/place to meet and a time/place that the tour ends and then it is down to us to book flights to local airports?

How much bike and other essentials rent? Is this easy route for child 14-15 to finish? What is cancellation policy if anything goes wrong?

Family tours are tailor made for children, mostly along cycle paths and downhill or even. Only a few very short climbs. Cancellation policy: Up to 28 days prior: 20% of travel price (min €50), 27-14 days prior: 30%, 13-8 days prior: 50%, 7-4 days prior: 70%, 3 days prior and 'no show': 90%, travel interruption: 100%.

Where do you suggest we fly into... how do we get to the starting location?

A normal 21-gear bike costs 89 € per person for the whole tour. We do not rent helmets. Our customers bring their own.

  Rental bike is not included, but can be booked when booking and payment is then made directly. You don't have to organize anything yourself. Instead, book rental bikes through us and specify your body size and we will then provide them. Normally you should find this information on the Tourradar homepage.   Arrival and departure must always be booked by our guests themselves. We recommend that you only book flights once you have received confirmation from us, as we are dependent on the availability of the hotels and only check this with a booking request. Travel documents and rental bikes are available at the hotel. There is no information meeting. It is therefore up to you when you arrive. On the 2nd day you cycle off individually. All tours are individual tours and not guided group tours.
