We had a good shopping experience in Hanoi city though the vehicles on the street were chaotic. If you like something different, chaotic in a good way. That was when we visited Ho Chi Minn complex. We didn’t need to go to the craft museum. We were all very tired and this was an unnecessary visit. He briefly explained where to go and what to do (as my partner and I had a pre and post booking as we wanted to explore Hanoi ourselves.) Highlight for me was Halong bay - the accommodation on the cruise exceeded my expectation. He also changed the order of visits to allow us to see everything that was on the program, taking into account the closing days. Ninh Binh guide was so great, he was funny, qualified and a greate communicator. One of the best guide I've ever met in my life. Also Hanoi city tour guide was good, he explained us many curiosities about Vietnam and his capital. Last but not least, Mr. Tien of Pelican Glory Cruise has been great. I think that he can do anything in the world: he guide us in Halong Bay, he managed all the people on the boat, he was really attentive to my food allergies during meals and he also taught us Tai Chi. All meals on board and during tours were really good and the hotel in which we stayed was comfortable and clean.
