Feedback like yours helps us identify areas where we can improve further, and we sincerely regret that parts of your journey did not meet expectations. We also note that overall the tour was a great success with your small group as communicated by the guide which i guess reflects with the 4 Star rating given. We hate losing stars quite honestly and would work day and night to keep getting better. With regard to the flights, we understand how frustrating delays can be, Out of the four flights in your itinerary, we note that two experienced delays. While such disruptions are unfortunately beyond our control, we would like to highlight that our ground team closely monitors all arrivals. Our drivers and representatives waited for you at the airports despite the delays, ensuring that all your transfers and pickups were handled smoothly without any disruption upon arrival. When selecting flights, our intention is always to balance comfort and convenience—allowing guests a relaxed start to the day, including time for breakfast at the hotel, and arriving closer to standard hotel check-in times to avoid long waiting periods. Earlier flight options (for example, departures around 7:00 AM) often require very early wake-up times (as early as 4:00 AM) and can still result in extended waiting at the destination before rooms are ready. That said, we completely understand that delays impacted your experience. We also note that on your International arrival into Santiago, the flight landed only slightly delayed; however, additional time was taken during baggage clearance and customs. Despite this, our representative waited patiently to receive you, as is always our standard practice. Regarding the hotels, we understand the inconvenience caused by not being accommodated on the same floor. This was primarily due to the requirement for different bedding configurations, which can sometimes limit room availability on a single floor. We do, however, recognize that proximity is important, and we will continue to emphasize this more strongly in future allocations. We also take note of your feedback regarding renovations at Ker San Telmo Hotel. Please be assured that this property has now been removed from our preferred list in Buenos Aires, as we continuously reassess our hotel partnerships based on guest experiences. Once again, we truly appreciate your feedback. While some aspects were beyond our direct control, we remain committed to improving every element that is within it and ensuring a smoother experience for our future guests.
