The internal flight cost is included in the Local Payment of $299.00 per person ($598.00 total for 2 adults). This amount covers your domestic flight tickets within Vietnam as well as the tour guide fees throughout the trip. Please note that this is a separate fee to be settled upon your arrival, while the tour price of $1,633.50 is paid upfront to secure your booking.

Yes, your arrival at 11 PM on December 21st is perfectly fine! We accommodate all incoming flights. A small out-of-hours surcharge will apply: $15 USD per car/per way for the transfer service.

Is this tour one where we will be travelling with the same people during the whole tour - so that we can make friends? How does that work if people in the group are then going to different star rated accomodations?

This tour is designed to bring people together, but you might not be with the exact same group for the entire trip. We combine travelers on a day-to-day basis, so while you may have some friends who join you from the beginning to the end, you will also meet new people on different days. This gives you the chance to make many new friends and connections along the way. Regarding accommodations, even if people are staying in different star-rated hotels, the daily tours and activities will still be a shared experience. Everyone on the tour will be together for the main parts of the itinerary, so you'll have plenty of opportunities to socialize and connect with your fellow travelers.

Hotels were in very good locations with friendly staff. When we had an included lunch it was a feast and for dinners we were recommended excellent local restaurants. I appriciate we choose the culture tour but pagoda after pagoda got very repeative. Western cultures generally do not need 6,7,8 courses at lunch - so much food waste. Ho Chi Min was bit of a let down. The Elois hotel was dreadful, breakfast was nothing special, the party street behind the hotel played very loud music until 3am even though i was on level 10 and they had double glazed windows. Consider the Prague hotel as an alternative. The guides were all lovely and helpful. A bike ride though a rice paddy and learning about rice production would be good. Ha long bay was lovely an extra night with more crusing would have being nice.Show more

Tony Bui, I give you 5 stars. Excellent customer service! Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, but the viewing of Ho Chi Minh was uncomfortable. Water was taken off us, despite the incredible humidity. The officials treated us like children, and kept gesturing that our queue wasn’t straight enough, and we walked too fast. I am putting it down as part of the experiment, but it was uncomfortable. Our Hanoi city guide spoke very good English, but was very repetitive and incredibly ‘shouty’ and spoke non stop, demanding our constant attention. At one point I realised I was missing out on some very worthy sights, and started looking out the window, sharing sights with my husband, but it was difficult to communicate, because of the incessant shouting from the guide. We are very pleased we joined this tour. Danny, 5 stars to you as well. I have recommended the company to friends who will be travelling to Vietnam next year.Show more

I guess my one piece of advice would be to see if there’s a shortcut to Hoi A from Ha Long Bay rather than going back to Hanoi. I feel that 12 hour journey could have been 4-6 if we’d gone directly. Regarding accommodations, even if people are staying in different star-rated hotels, the daily tours and activities will still be a shared experience. For tours departing after October 11th, 2026, a minimum payment of 10% is required to confirm your booking with Legend Travel Group. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
