when i originally looked into this tour it had a different itinerary that did not pass through sapa. i would still love to travel on this tour as it factors heavily into my budget my only concern is sapa. I am not able to trek 12kms, i do not have the mobility required in my legs anymore. i'm fine walking up to about 5 km on level ground with gentle slopes and some stairs but i take twice as long as an average person. so my question is can i pass on the sapa mountains part? maybe go ahead of the group to the next port of call?

Additionally, our itinerary is flexible and can be adjusted to your needs while you are in Sapa. It is possible to pass on the Sapa mountains part and join the group at the next destination. We can arrange for transportation for you to meet up with the group at the next port of call.

could you tell me what your minimum number of people is for a tour to be guaranteed to go ahead? With tours going every day, do you need to cancel bookings if the tour isn't full?

Our minimum group size for guaranteed departure is 6, and the maximum is 12. We guarantee 100% departure, and no cancellation is applied, even if the group size is less than the minimum number required. Your tour on Saturday 1 July, 2023, will go ahead as planned, even if there are only two travellers in the group.

Me and my friend are interested in the 18 day Vietnam tour. We are wanting to be with a group of people. Is this tour private, as in just us 2 if we book. Or will we be mixed with a group of 10 others?

I am not able to trek 12kms, i do not have the mobility required in my legs anymore. i'm fine walking up to about 5 km on level ground with gentle slopes and some stairs but i take twice as long as an average person. so my question is can i pass on the sapa mountains part? maybe go ahead of the group to the next port of call?

could you tell me what your minimum number of people is for a tour to be guaranteed to go ahead? With tours going every day, do you need to cancel bookings if the tour isn't full?

We guarantee 100% departure, and no cancellation is applied, even if the group size is less than the minimum number required. Your tour on Saturday 1 July, 2023, will go ahead as planned, even if there are only two travellers in the group.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before October 13th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after October 13th, 2026, a minimum payment of 10% is required to confirm your booking with Legend Travel Group. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
