  Itinerary - would suggest more time in Thingvellir to appreciate this geographical and historical significant site. Passionate guide - our tour guide Diddi is exceptionally knowledgeable with Icelandic history, geology, biology, economy. The stories about Iceland he shared along the way only enriched this journey. Special thanks to Diddi who drove us safely to our destination during the bad snow storm we encountered in the first two days. On the last day of this trip, he led us a "surprised adventure" to the secret waterfall - Gljufrabul. That was splendid!!!Show more

  It was a great adventure! Our guide, Titi, was so knowledgeable and always ready to answer the questions. We went through all the possible weather conditions and always felt safe. Despite the snowstorm and the rainy days, we almost sticked to the plan every day and we were so lucky to see the northern lights on our last night.Show more

  Overall, I had an amazing trip with this tour company! I went with three of my friends, and despite a few bumps along the way, it was still such a memorable experience. We originally booked a 4 day tour but the first day didn’t match the itinerary we were given. I completely understand that tours sometimes need to be flexible and adapt to circumstances, but we noticed that we were actually following the itinerary of the 2day tour group rather than the 4day tour we had booked. That was disappointing especially since I didn’t get to visit the hot springs, which was one of the main things I was looking forward to. I’m still a bit confused about why that part was missed. Additionally, the weather on the first day was absolutely beautiful sunny and warm so I don’t feel that weather was a factor in the itinerary changes. On the second day, we did run into weather issues and some of our plans had to be canceled, but to their credit, the company provided a refund for that day, which I really appreciated. We also had two different tour guides. The first didn’t seem to follow the itinerary closely and was often on his phone while driving, which wasn’t ideal. However, our second guide was absolutely amazing and really made the experience so much better. Even with those issues, we still got to see so many incredible places. This was a top destination on my bucket list, so I truly can’t complain too much. I had a great time overall and made amazing memories with my friends. I also want to highlight how responsive the company was they were quick to answer questions during booking and handled the refund situation promptly. Overall, I do recommend this company. While there were a few hiccups and some disappointment with the first day and second, they made an effort to make things right, and the trip itself was still unforgettable.Show more
