  Guides were excellent. Bus comfortable. The office/ coordinator is a disorganized mess. We were not with the same group the whole 5 days. Tour was suppose to be for 50 people or less and in English. At times there were nearly 100. Guides had to give their talks in English and then Spanish. Taking twice as long. At one point we had to switch buses and move our own luggage at a rest stop. Bus driver so far he couldn't get luggage. Patricia was in the luggage compartment under the bus pulling out suitcases. If not for Patricia's organization there would have been zero stars. We told Carlos we would not be going to the airport. We were spending another day in Madrid. Next morning a driver is there for us. We explained we told Carlos. Driver said no problem. He would be back the next morning. Next day he never showed. 30.00 for a cab. We told Carlos because Patricia went on another bus. With a new group to Valencia. Left us in Carlos care. Last local guide Miriam didn't speak English well and kept asking us how to say things .pros : Patricia, clean bus, most local guides, hotel choices Cons: carrying our luggage, switching buses, drivers not available, 24 hr c/s number no one answered from 10 pm til 6 am when a woman woke from her sleep to answer.Show more

  The 4-day tour in Andalusia was very well organized: in a short time we covered great distances, visited important sights and learned many new interesting things. In short, the trip was excellent. The main merit had the Riad guide - an encyclopaedia with great capacity to transmit information/communication, extremely polite but firm. Also the local guides excellent.Show more

  This tour left a lot to be desired. We spent quite a bit of time in locations that didn't warrant it (Seville) and not enough time in other locations (Granada and Toledo). It felt very rushed, and the meal locations were lacking in between countries (ex: expensive cafeterias on the side of the highway). Grace was really pushy and we felt pressured to sign up for the extra activities within an hour or so of getting on the bus with very little explanation on what the activities were, and no previous knowledge that only cash is accepted for them. We had to take out money at an ATM which charged us quite a bit. When I told Grace we were only interested in some of the activities, she was a bit rude saying that we inconvenienced her by indicating we MIGHT be interested in all the activities. She was an okay tour guide on the bus and in Toledo, most of the information sounded like she was just reading off a script and she was not very engaging. There was definitely not enough free/flex time if we didn't want to do exactly what the guide had planned. I would recommend: -being upfront (have a written description) of the extra activities and their cost and indicate that they are CASH ONLY before people get on the bus for their tour -giving more flexible/free time in cities -spending less time in Seville and more time in Granada and ToledoShow more
