    • Rabbie’s Small Group ToursOperatorWritten December 2025

Some hotels will have a restaurant or bar onsite, though not all. If you are wanting to stay in a property with a restaurant on site, then I would recommend booking the Hotel package (not the B&B package), and send us a message at the time of booking to request properties with a restaurant attached if possible. This kind of request isn't guaranteed, as it will depend on the availability with hotels during your chosen dates; but if you choose the Hotel package the property will be centrally located and within walking distance of local restaurants. Breakfast will be included at either property type (B&B or Hotel), and there will be a dedicated lunch stop each day as well.

Do we book the hotel option through tour radar? Also can you recommend a hotel in Dublin near the pick up point? We arrive in Dublin February 28.

    • Rabbie’s Small Group ToursOperatorWritten December 2025

When booking your tour through TourRadar, choose the Hotel package option instead of the B&B package option. There is a slight difference in the package prices. Here are some hotels close to our Dublin departure point.

    • Rabbie’s Small Group ToursOperatorWritten November 2025

We don't give options for customers to choose from for the accommodation. You can choose between B&B or Hotel, and then we book the property accordingly. We work with a number of providers in the overnight locations, and the property you are booked into will depend on our availability of allocated rooms during the dates of your tour.

What is your policy in the event they need to change the dates?

    • Rabbie’s Small Group ToursOperatorWritten June 2025

As a guideline, we recommend that you're able to: Walk short distances (at least 2.5 km at a time) to reach and explore viewpoints, town centres or attractions. Navigate uneven terrain, hills, and stairs. Climb on and off the mini-coach independently, several times a day. Lift and carry your own luggage for short periods (e.g. to and from your accommodation).

    • Rabbie’s Small Group ToursOperatorWritten May 2025

As for your questions, we do not offer tours containing any sheepdog demonstrations. We usually book either hotels 3*, located centrally at each location, or B&Bs, for the more cosy, local atmosphere. Both accommodation types are always booked with breakfast included, either cooked or continental. Regarding our buses, we travel in 16-seater Mercedes mini-vans. Personally, I find them quite comfortable for shorter tours, and a bit stuffy on longer trips. However, the good thing about our tours, are the frequent stops, allowing passengers not only to stretch their legs, but also to grab a wee snack, go for a cup for tea, or snap a few stunning photos.
