Can you do a private tour with car, driver and a tour guide (english speaking). Rather then 7 days can we do in 3 days.

We are not able to offer this tour on a private basis, but we are happy to assist you if you would like to travel with our groups.

If I arrive in Dublin at 4pm on June 14. Would it be possible to join the group after that for the evening meeting?

Guests should arrive by the last transfer time (13:00) on the first day of the tour, or they may miss out on the included sightseeing tour and Welcome Dinner (approximately 17:00). Guests meet the Travel Director at 14:15. If you will arrive in the evening, kindly coordinate with the Travel Director. Please be advised that this will not affect the trip price, as we do not process refunds for any missed parts of the itinerary. You will still be required to pay the full trip price.

I would like a single room please. What is the supplement?

The single room option for the 06-Sep-2026 departure is already sold out. If you would like to share a room, the twin-share cost is GBP 1,795.00. Alternatively, we do have availability on 13-Sep-2026, where the single room cost is GBP 2,175.00.

Do you arrange or recommend air flights to coordinate with your start times

We are not including international airfare. Travellers can book their own flights. Complimentary arrival transfers are available from Dublin Airport (DUB) on the first day of the tour at 08:30, 11:00, and 13:00. Recommended to land at least two hours before final transfer. On the last day, complimentary departure transfers to Dublin Airport (DUB) will arrive at 07:00, 09:00, and 11:00. Suggested to book flights departing at least three hours after first transfer time.

Is there a single supplement charged if I am willing to share a room with another female traveller?

For single room bookings, a single supplement of CAD 480.00 per person will apply. If you choose to share a room with another traveler of the same gender, you will be charged the base room rate of CAD 3,250.00 per person, with no single supplement charge.

How should my airline ticket name appear?

Your airline ticket name must match your first and last name exactly as it reads on your passport. Changes are subject to fees.

Does this tour actually take you to the top of the Cliffs of Moher

For this wonderful trip, you'll stop by the Exhibition Center and look out over the Wild Atlantic Way from the majestic Cliffs of Moher. You'll also join your Local Specialist, either Oonagh or Marie to gain a deeper appreciation for the natural beauty surrounding you as they illuminate the interconnection between environmental issues and current conservation initiatives at the Cliffs of Moher.

Can we get separate rooms?

You are certainly welcome to stay in a separate room. The cost for a single room, including the single supplement, is $3,135.00 per person.

Clarify day this ends on, time and the stay at airport Hotel is that Friday night or Saturday night. Just need clarification to enable booking flights.

The tour will end on September 14, 2024. Your stay at Radisson Blu Hotel Dublin Airport would be the night of September 13, 2024 (Friday night). As there is an included breakfast on the last day, you may leave the next day - Saturday morning. Complimentary departure transfers arrive at Dublin Airport (DUB) on the last day of the tour at 07:00, 09:00 and 11:00. The Radisson Blu Hotel Dublin Airport offers a free 24-hour Shuttle Bus service to Dublin Airport Zone 16 near Terminals 1 & 2. The Shuttle operates every 20-25 minutes with a journey time of 5 minutes.
