  When (what date) is Day 6 or Day 7 when this tour is back in Dublin? Does the tour stay Day 6 overnight in Waterford? What time and where are we dropped off in Dublin on final day?

    The tour stays overnight in Waterford on Day 5. On Day 6, you'll visit the House of Waterford Crystal, continue through New Ross and County Wicklow, enjoy the Be My Guest dinner at Glenealy House, and then travel back to Hampton by Hilton Dublin City Center, where you'll spend the final night of the tour. On Day 7, the tour concludes at Hampton by Hilton Dublin City Center. Guests depart from the hotel after breakfast. The Complimentary transfers are scheduled to arrive at Dublin Airport at approximately 7:00 AM, 9:00 AM, and 11:00 AM. You are back in Dublin on Day 6, overnight in Dublin that evening, and depart from Dublin on Day 7.

    For arrival on the first day of tour, we offer complimentary arrival transfers that will depart Dublin Airport (DUB) at 08:30, 11:00 and 13:00, so we recommend flights need to arrive 2 hrs. prior to the LAST complimentary transfer time. Flights to arrive prior to 11:00.
    
    For departure on the last day of the tour, we offer complimentary departure transfers that will arrive at Dublin Airport (DUB) at 07:00, 09:00 and 11:00, so we recommend flights need to depart 3 hrs. after the FIRST transfer arrival time at the airport. Flights to depart after 10:00.
    
    On the first day of the tour, guests should arrive no later than the final transfer time; otherwise, they may miss the included sightseeing tour and Welcome Dinner. Guests will meet the Travel Director at 14:15.
    
    On the last day, guests may depart after breakfast.
    
    Regarding pre-and post-tour hotel accommodation, we regret that these have not yet been validated, as our team is still coordinating with suppliers. Once a booking is confirmed, these arrangements can be followed up accordingly.

  Will all 4 of us be sharing a room (preferred) or will we be split up? Our children are 7 and 8 year old - will this tour be something that would provide sufficient interaction for them? Also, our daughter is mostly a chicken and beef eater (no lamb, pork) - will the restaurants on the tour offer a variety that can accommodate her dietary needs?

    For this tour we offer Single, Twin, and Triple rooms. With 2 adults and 2 children, the best options would be either 1 Single + 1 Triple, or 2 Twin rooms. Please note that each room must include at least one adult. Children ages 7 and 8 are welcome on this tour. While the itinerary is designed primarily for adults, many families travel with us, and children enjoy the cultural experiences, scenic landscapes, and interactive moments such as castle visits and local storytelling. Our partner hotels and restaurants offer a variety of dishes, including chicken and beef. We can note your daughter's preferences in advance, though final options are subject to each hotel's availability.

    If a single room with two beds is not an option, we would do the adult + child option. Also, will there be an option for the kids to interact with sheep? I have seen it offered on another tour and know the kids would very much enjoy these types of interactions.

    As for experiences, while the Irish Highlights itinerary does not specifically include a sheep interaction activity, Trafalgar often incorporates authentic Be My Guest experiences and local farm visits. Depending on availability, children may have opportunities to engage with farm animals, including sheep, during these cultural stops. We can confirm closer to departure if such an interaction will be included.

  Am I able to bring my mobility walker

    Yes, you are welcome to bring your mobility walker on a Trafalgar tour. We will just need the collapsed measurements of the device to confirm that there is adequate space on the coach. Once you have a booking, you also need to complete a form, as we'll need to advise our Operations team to ensure proper allocation of storage space under the coach and to note any additional requirements you might have.

    Guests should arrive by the last transfer time (13:00) on the first day of the tour, or they may miss out on the included sightseeing tour and Welcome Dinner (approximately 17:00). Guests meet the Travel Director at 14:15.
    
    If you will arrive in the evening, kindly coordinate with the Travel Director. Please be advised that this will not affect the trip price, as we do not process refunds for any missed parts of the itinerary. You will still be required to pay the full trip price.

    The single room option for the 06-Sep-2026 departure is already sold out. If you would like to share a room, the twin-share cost is GBP 1,795.00. Alternatively, we do have availability on 13-Sep-2026, where the single room cost is GBP 2,175.00.

    We are not including international airfare. Travellers can book their own flights. Complimentary arrival transfers are available from Dublin Airport (DUB) on the first day of the tour at 08:30, 11:00, and 13:00. Recommended to land at least two hours before final transfer. On the last day, complimentary departure transfers to Dublin Airport (DUB) will arrive at 07:00, 09:00, and 11:00. Suggested to book flights departing at least three hours after first transfer time.

    For single room bookings, a single supplement of CAD 480.00 per person will apply. If you choose to share a room with another traveler of the same gender, you will be charged the base room rate of CAD 3,250.00 per person, with no single supplement charge.
