What should I expect regarding pick-up times from the airport?

Pick-up times are coordinated with your flight arrival times. For a smooth transfer, please confirm your landing time in advance.

Can we add on Field of lights? Is it the full base walk? Can we add on Sunrise / Uluru?

On this tour there is not time to do the Field of lights, but this is available if you opt to take our 3 night Uluru tour from Yulara to Yulara. On both tours you will have the option to do the full base walk and also see the sunrise at Uluru.

What are the luggage weight limits on the tour?

The luggage weight limit is strictly 15 kg per traveler to comply with road safety laws.

Is insurance required for the tour?

Both medical and travel insurance are recommended for your safety and to cover unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellations or medical emergencies while on tour.

Yes, airport pickups are scheduled based on your flight details. Please provide your flight number and arrival time.

What time is pick up for the tour? If our flight was delayed is there options to join the tour when we get there I understand this might incur an extra cost. What time does the tour return to Alice springs this there en?

We will pick you up at the airport at 14.00. If flight is delayed the guide can wait until 14.20. If later, you can take the free Yulara Shuttle to Ayers Rock resort and rejoin the group at Desert Gardens Hotel approximately 20 minutes after sunset. On day 3 the tour will end in Central Alice Springs approximately 6pm, we recommend onward travel to be booked the following day.

What is included in the ticket price for the tour?

Our guide, Troy, was absolutely fantastic: he had extensive knowledge about the region, spoke multiple languages, and knew so much about the local wildlife and culture. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
