- Are flights included?
Flights before and after the tour are not included in the tour price and you need to arrange these separately by yourself once your tour is guaranteed. As we specialise in organising the best tours around the world for you, we are unable to advise on flight prices or book flights on your behalf. - Do you arrange airport transfers?
Airport transfers are available for this tour at an additional cost, once you have a confirmed booking please contact our customer support team to arrange this.
- When and where does the tour end?
The tour concludes on day 7 with a return bus journey from Cappadocia to Istanbul, you should arrive back into Istanbul at approximately 7 pm depending on traffic.
- I'm a solo traveller, is there a single supplement?
If you are a solo traveller, a mandatory single supplement will be added to your tour price at the time of booking as there is no option to share a room with another solo traveller.
- When and where does the tour start?
The tour starts with a departure to Gallipoli at 7am on the first day of the tour, and due to the early start, the tour operator recommends you arrive in Istanbul at least one day before. You can choose to be picked up from your hotel if it is located in, or near Sultanahmet (the old city) or in the Taksim area. Pick up, on Day 1, is between 6:15 am and 6:45 am depending on where your hotel is located or you can also choose to meet the group at the Sultan Hostel at 7 am.
- What is the age range?
The minimum age for passengers on this tour is 12 years old, however, there is no maximum age limit so all other travellers are welcome on this tour! This does mean however that, unfortunately, children under the age of 12 or infants are not able to participate in the tour.
- What is the group size of the tour?
The minimum group size on this tour is 2 and the maximum number of travellers is 20 people per tour.
- What are the inclusions for the trip?
The tour includes transportation, accommodation, guiding, entrance fees and the listed meals. To see all the inclusions please click 'Whats Included' on the main tour page.
- Can you assist with booking additional accommodation?
Of course, we can! Once you have a confirmed booking on this tour, we can request additional accommodation for you with the tour operator.
- Is there a hotel list available?
All accommodations are subject to change until 4-6 weeks before the departure date. After the booking is made you will be issued your final trip documents with your specific accommodation details.
