      The Welcome Desk on October 4th is scheduled to be open from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and the Welcome Dinner begins at 6:00 PM. To ensure you don't miss any of the opening activities, it's recommended that flights arrive before 3:00 PM. On the last day, complimentary group transfer by motorcoach will arrive into General Edward Lawrence Logan International Airport at approximately 11:00. Please be aware when booking flights. If you choose to be dropped off at the airport on the last day (October 12), the complimentary group transfer by motorcoach is scheduled to arrive at General Edward Lawrence Logan International Airport at approximately 11:00 AM. To allow ample time for check-in, security, and any unexpected delays, we recommend booking your departing flight at least 3 hours after the scheduled transfer arrival time, ideally no earlier than 2:00 PM.
