Fall Colours of New EnglandThe overall organization prior to the beginning of the tour was great and sufficient. Very friendly and helpful guides! They knew the best photo spots and provided some general background information. I would have liked a bit more facts about the places we visited and additional information such as historic dates and fun facts and so on though. The bus and driver were great as well. Unfortunately, some locations were closed due to public holidays and the upcoming presidential inauguration in Washington D.C. The guides provided good alternatives but it would have been nice to know in advance, that the itinerary needs to be slightly changed. The stops in Washington from were a bit rushed and a lot of walking was involved, which might not be suitable for children and elderly people. We went to the Canadian side for the Niagara Falls. This was not specifically mentioned on the itinerary. Even upon asking beforehand whether we will be leaving the US, it was said that we will not go to the Canadian side. This should have been clearly stated on the itinerary. For return trips to New York, a lot of time was spent on the bus (up to 4 hours). It would have been nice to know this in advance to better prepare. Overall great experience - I would recommend the tour in general.
