The driver was absolutely superb, but I’m sorry the tour director well was not good It took us four days to get our labels ,four days to start the rotation of the bus he never gave us the right information and in the end we just was all smiling saying what will William do wrong today I’m sorry but the man is in the wrong job. The rest of the tour was absolutely brilliant love the people that were on the coach, the hotels were fine, the one near the beach ,we had No food As William told us there was a restaurant at the next hotel well we all walked there when we arrived. It was beach bar and they had run out of food and was shutting at 6:45 . There was a small cafe on site and we saw the other bus people going in for an evening meal ,so if possible could you arrange this and it could be an option exter !!! As we had No food! There was no were else to go !!! Or change the hotel!!!Show more

One hotel was even under repair. The driver was very helpful with our luggage’s. He was an excellent and very safe driver. However, he got lost a few times, giving me an impression that this was his first time to do this route. However, completing the first two days' activities at the end of the tour is not possible, as the tour follows a guided and fixed itinerary. Activities are scheduled in a specific sequence and cannot be rearranged or repeated after the tour concludes.

Triple occupancy is based on three guests sharing one room with its existing bedding, 2 beds in the room. Roll-aways, if available may be arranged by the Guest or Travel Director while on the tour. Beds cannot be pre-arranged. Any extra charges are payable by the guest directly to the hotel.

If you choose to conclude your tour on Day 9, please keep in mind that any missed activities and sightseeing will not be eligible for a refund. Should you decide to end your trip that afternoon, you will need to make your own transfer arrangements to New York. Considering the arrival time in Boston, you should have enough time to travel from the hotel to New York in the evening. We recommend arranging your travel in advance to ensure a smooth transition.
