  I have filled this in already, but if you ask me again, the tour itself was amazing. The driver was absolutely superb, but I’m sorry the tour director well was not good It took us four days to get our labels ,four days to start the rotation of the bus he never gave us the right information and in the end we just was all smiling saying what will William do wrong today I’m sorry but the man is in the wrong job. The rest of the tour was absolutely brilliant love the people that were on the coach, the hotels were fine, the one near the beach ,we had No food As William told us there was a restaurant at the next hotel well we all walked there when we arrived. It was beach bar and they had run out of food and was shutting at 6:45 . There was a small cafe on site and we saw the other bus people going in for an evening meal ,so if possible could you arrange this and it could be an option exter !!! As we had No food! There was no were else to go !!! Or change the hotel!!!Show more

  The experience was wonderful, the tour guide, the driver and everyone involved in the support of the people during the trip. We went more places than mentioned in the brochure and the ones mentioned were great. The only disappointment was the timing of the colors. This is always a crap shoot and we were a week to early! However the other attractions on the tour made up for the colors. ***** Thanks to all the support staff !!Show more

  Hotels were totally to an unacceptable standard. Understaffed - dirty and lack of facilities. Locations poor, no...
  Hotels were totally to an unacceptable standard. Understaffed - dirty and lack of facilities. Locations poor, no where to eat or drink near by. Stopped at supermarkets to buy food for the evenings. This tour should have been advertised as self catering. In general very poor, would never travel with costsaver again.Show more

  Tour director did not give us insight of the areas we visited. The hotels are not well located for us to just walk and look for restaurants to have dinner. One hotel was even under repair. The driver was very helpful with our luggage’s. He was an excellent and very safe driver. However, he got lost a few times, giving me an impression that this was his first time to do this route. I wished we had name tags for each traveler that can easily start a conversation and identify your co traveller. There are areas with so many other tourist.Show more

  I personally enjoyed it from the beginning to the end. Well organized, all places to visit were chosen thoughtfully. Our guide, Scott, was simply the very right person for the tour, polite and entertaining. There is one comment though I’d like to submit. If only they could afford to give us more quality time to spend on all places we visited, instead of spending so much time on restroom stops, or eating places, I would say the trip was just excellent. still, we loved it very much.Show more
