Im looking for a tour East Coast New York City Whashinton DC and other city's with transfer from airport to hotel

The selected tour date covers New York and Washington D.C. Our land package includes arrival transfer, hotel accommodations, bilingual tour guide (english and chinese), airconditioned coach bus, and activities listed in the itinerary (excluding optional tours). If you have other cities you would like to visit, you can also share it with us and we can check for you. Alternatively, you can arrange them on your own after the tour. Kindly note that the tour is first come first serve basis - availability may be limited.

One of ther person is 86 years old and uses a manual wheelchair, can you keep the chair in the bus luggage compartment

We received an update from our local team stating that the coach bus can only accommodate folded small wheelchairs. Kindly note that the tour guides or representative can only assist with the wheelchair with unloading and loading it into the compartment.

We fly into NY (JFK terminal 8) from Auckland on Friday 5th June. Flight QF3 landing at 16.20 local time. Should I put 5th June as the departure date? From what I have read this means you will collect us from JFK - do we arrange our hotel on this night (5th June) or is this part of the itinerary?

May I know when you travel from one sight to another in a city, is it via walking or by bus? My travellers (in their 70s) have some difficulty walking. Is there additional cost for requesting Chinese speaking guide?

This is the sit in- couch bus tour that tour bus will bring you city to city. Mostly like the tour bus will take the travelers to the tour sites, and give certain time to explore the tour sites and then get on the bus for the next destinations. The tour is conducted for both English and Chinese. So the tour guide will speak both Chinese and English. No additional cost for speaking in Chinese.

Do we get accommodation for the night of 6th so we can leave 7th morning?

The tour will be end on August 6 without hotel accommodation, if needed, we can assist with post hotel accommodation on August 6th with additional cost.

Would it be possible to reschedule my tour date falling in the year 2027 without any additional cost?

If you book a departure date in December 2026 and later need to reschedule the tour to a 2027 departure, it would be considered a deviation or modification. As such, applicable fees would apply. The deviation fee is US$200 per person, and any modification is subject to a US$100 per person modification fee, depending on the timing and nature of the change. Rescheduling is subject to availability, and any price difference between the original booking and the new departure date will be the responsibility of the traveler.
