IntertripsOperator•Written December 2025If you book a departure date in December 2026 and later need to reschedule the tour to a 2027 departure, it would be considered a deviation or modification. As such, applicable fees would apply. The deviation fee is US$200 per person, and any modification is subject to a US$100 per person modification fee, depending on the timing and nature of the change. Rescheduling is subject to availability, and any price difference between the original booking and the new departure date will be the responsibility of the traveler.

Based on the itinerary, the tour on DAY#6 will conclude around 3-5 PM. Arrival and departure transfers are included as long as the arrival and departure aligns with the tour schedule. The package only includes complimentary pick up at JFK and LGA only. If you are arriving in EWR, we have two options: OPTION #1: Free pick up at EWR. The first night hotel is different, which will be around Newark. OPTION#2: $160 per way. The hotel will be around the Flushing, New York. The hotel accommodations offer continental breakfast. While the tour will have scheduled meal breaks, we cannot guarantee vegetarian options, as the dining locations will vary depending on the itinerary and may differ at each stop.
