Our cancellation policy is as follows(will be converted to AUD) -150.00 EUR per pax NON REFUNDABLE MORE THAN 90 Days before departure -20.00 % FROM 90 DAYS UNTIL 60 Days before departure -50.00 % FROM 59 DAYS UNTIL 30 Days before departure -60.00 % FROM 29 DAYS UNTIL 19 Days before departure -75.00 % FROM 18 DAYS UNTIL 9 Days before departure -100.00 % FROM 8 DAYS UNTIL 0 Days before departure The 9th June departure date is completely sold out. In light of the same could you kindly let us know if you month of travel is flexible as we do see space on a May and July departure date.

How much is it for a French balcony and a balcony. When is the cut off date to book.

The 2nd Aug 2025 departure is completely sold out. But the 4-11th August departure date has plenty of space on it. For a Cabin Category A on the Upper Deck with a bed and a French balcony, with sliding windows the price amounts to AUD 6,192/-. For a Cabin Category A on the Middle Deck with a High window with sliding top section the price amounts to AUD 6,093/-.

How do I select the mid-deck room on ms Beethoven?

The Middle Deck consists of the following cabins: Cabin Category A(Orange) - Price: AUD 6,500/- per cabin(2 guests per cabin), Cabin Category B(Blue) - Price: AUD 6,200/- per cabin(2 guests per cabin), Cabin Category C(Purple) - Price: AUD 6,070/- per cabin(2 guests per cabin). We cant pre select the exact cabin numbers before hand but while we place a hold we can request the operator to have the cabins side by side.

Is there an extra fee if someone is travelling alone? If so, how much is it?

All cruises will have a single supplement if you are a solo passengers. In order to provide you with the pricing, we will need to know the cabin category you are interested in. The ship would be MS Beethoven.

The first ttour the guide in Vienna gave us was very poor. We were haragued by excessive detail, in a hot relatively airless museum with very poor lighting. She appeared to be relatively insensitive to the needs of the less fit members of the tour.Show more

Very well managed comfortable cabin and amenities. Itinerary was great with combination of towns and city eg Budapest. Activities were good especially the horse show. Food was exquisite but too much of the French cuisine and bland vegetarian. Service was impeccable great crew. Communication was primarily French and other speakers occasionally missed messages (we had a French speaking passenger at our table who kept us informed). Overall a great experience.Show more

The cruise was wonderful and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They made sure they were always available and ensured to keep the guests entertained. All the excursions were well arranged and the food was great. They accommodated to our vegetarian requirement. The only thing which can be improved is WiFi on the ship.. it was just not USABLE and the parking at the dock could be a more safe secured place. We had a robbery to our car with a broken glass when we returned from the holiday. Overall very good experience.Show more

For tours departing after September 5th, 2026, a minimum payment of 30% is required to confirm your booking with CroisiEurope River Cruises. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 120 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- The following cards are accepted for "CroisiEurope River Cruises" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
