Our trip was cancelled by CroisiEurope and they are keeping our funds. We are told that we must accept a voucher for a future cruise and that we must hold that voucher until December 2021 when we can ask for a full refund. This is contrary to EU regulations related to river cruise cancellations that require a full refund within 14 days. My wife and I do not want to take another cruise over the next 18 months because of age and health issues. It’s too bad I cannot give negative stars as this group is certainly in the ‘Black Hole’ category!!! Buyer beware is too strong a warning!Show more
