I am interested in this tour, most likely in August 2027. I notice that tours around that time start at weekly intervals, sometimes twice a week. The gap between 7 August and 21 August is not a mistake. The departure dates are based on scheduled operating dates, and availability can vary depending on seasonality and demand. At this stage, there is no confirmed departure starting on 14 August 2027. However, additional departures may be added or opened depending on demand, and we recommend checking back closer to the time for the most up-to-date availability. Please let us know if you would like assistance with alternative dates.

Will I be refunded or given a credit if tour is cancelled due to no flights?

If the tour is cancelled from our end due to safety concerns (including developments in the Middle East situation), we will provide you with options such as a travel credit or a refund, less any unrecoverable costs. If your flights are cancelled by the airline particularly if they are transiting through the Middle East please forward the cancellation details to us. We will then review your case with our management team to assess eligibility for a refund.

Just wondering if airport transfers are included in the package

Airport transfers are not included however we can arrange this based on your flights for an additional fee.

Is it possible to have a Spanish guide?

Unfortunately, we are unable to arrange a Spanish speaking leader. Since this is a group tour and we have travelers around the world joining this trip, so the drive will be English speaking only.

What additional costs are not included? How much should I budget for food, tips, etc?

When it comes to spending money on the trip, every traveller is a little different. We suggest EUR 500.00 for meals not included on this trip. Our suggestion is based on past traveller feedback but you may choose to spend more or less. You may consider tipping your group leader or local representative for outstanding service throughout your trip. The amount is entirely a personal preference however as a guideline 4-7 USD or EUR per person (in a currency relevant to your destination), per day can be used.

For tours departing after September 20th, 2026, a minimum payment of $400 is required to confirm your booking with Intrepid Travel. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
