  Will you be going inside through the castle in this included activity: Guided tour of Neuschwanstein Castle OR just explore outside far from the castle. OR around the castle?

    Based on your Scenic Europe itinerary, the Neuschwanstein Castle visit on Day 2 is an included guided tour inside the castle. This means you will go inside the castle with a guide, not just view it from the outside or explore from a distance. After the guided tour inside, there will also be some time to enjoy the surrounding area and take in the views outside the castle.

    If I pur hase a solo package and someone decides to join me and share a room with me would the total be adjusted? Or how will that work? If I don't have someone joining me. I believe you pair singles, correct? Do you have a single person looking to share a room?

    If you book a tour with a private room upgrade and later a friend decides to join you and share the room, you can absolutely update your booking. In that case, you would need to request the cancellation of the private room upgrade. As long as this change is made no later than 30 days prior to departure, we can remove the private room supplement from your booking, and your booking would then revert back to the standard tour cost based on twin-share accommodation instead. Regarding solo travellers, yes, travellers who do not book a private room are typically paired on a twin-share basis with another same-gender traveller from the group. Rooming allocations are finalised closer to departure once the group list is confirmed.

    I am having trouble finding someone to come along with me. Traveling alone makes me a little bit nervous. I'd be afraid to miss the morning call and get on the bus for the next destination. I am confident and responsible but what IF my alarm doesn't go off. I am that type of person thinking scenarios. Do you have any advice?

    Many of our guests join the tour on their own, and it is a very social and well-supported experience. You will always have your tour leader to guide the group, communicate daily timings, and ensure everyone is accounted for before departures. Morning meeting times are clearly communicated in advance, and your tour leader will also help with reminders and coordination throughout the trip. In terms of practical reassurance, most travellers set multiple alarms or use hotel wake-up calls as a backup, so there are several ways to make sure you don't miss departure times. You will also be travelling with a group, so there is always structure and support around you.

    Concerning the bus we will be travelling on throughout the trip. Would it be the same bus throughout and can the luggage we travel with be left in it until we check into hotels daily?

    Yes. For our Tours, the group will be on board our own Coach and the same Coach and crew will be with the group all throughout the tour. Checked Luggage are stored in the storage under the bus/coach and locked for security. It can only be accessed when checking in to the Hotel.

    For our Scenic Europe Tour, the group stays at a Hotel in Interlaken for the Swiss Alps leg. However, please note that this may change if there are challenges that arise and would require for the tour to be staying at another location like Wilderswil.

    For our Europe tours, we unfortunately do not arrange airport transfers or pre/post-tour accommodation. For airport transfers, you may wish to arrange this through a trusted provider. For additional hotel nights, you can book accommodation directly through platforms like booking sites. If you'd like to stay at the same hotel where the tour begins, I'd be happy to confirm the starting hotel details for you so you can arrange your booking accordingly.

    As per European hotel rules and policy, three travelers are not permitted to stay in one room with twin beds. The third traveler would need to either be roomed with a fellow traveler of the same gender or purchase a single supplement. Minors are not permitted to share a room with one another. A minor must be roomed with an accompanying adult. We only offer twin-share accommodation.
