The price includes tour leaders, accommodation, and transportation in Nepal. Meals are not included on this tour.

interested in your May guided hikes for the Annapurna. will it be very rainy or will it still be do able and enjoyable? and do you have a suggested packing list? i am woman traveling solo and want to make sure i feel safe and prepared.

May is on the shoulder season of great weather, to rainy season. Weather is always changing so we cannot give an exact forecast of what to expect. We have all of the climate and seasonal information, as well as a packing list here in our Essential Trip Information.

How are meals handled during the trek?

Meals are not included while trekking, allowing you to choose what you want to eat. Teahouse menus vary from traditional Nepalese dishes to other varieties.

Are transfers available for the trek?

Transfers are available and can be arranged subject to availability.

Is this going to be a senior citizen group, what ages are travelers? How many meals are we getting? If none, where do we eat our meals? Do you have single supplement? How do we get to/from the Katmandu airport? I am traveling alone. Is that going to be a problem? Do we carry our own bags?

We have different age ranges on the tour. Starting from age 15 to 60 we do have 6 passengers confirmed as of now. Only one meal is included in the departure which is lunch. The other meals the tour leader will help you to arrange this. Single supplement is available for this tour subjected to availability. The single supplement will only be included on Days 1,13,14 (Hotel) and is subject to availability. The cost for single supplement is USD100. We can arrange the transfers if you want to. Travelling alone will not be an issue as you will be joining with the group when you start the tour.

It has been something that has far surpassed my expectations going into the trip and the views, places and friends I have made during the passed few weeks will last a lifetime. All aspects of the trip were flawlessly run and executed by our group leader Raj and Assistant Guide Mhn. Together with all three porters, Cha Cha, Tiger and Kaji the trip could not have run more smoothly, regardless of the on the go challengers/changes to intinery. The whole trips vibe and location was something that could not be recreated without these people. They are now friends that will continue well passed these past few days.Show more

As expected, the locations and scenery of the Annapurna Circuit were incredible - but I think the way that the trip was managed by our guide Raj, assistant guide Minh, as well as the three porters Tiger, Caca and Kaji really enhanced just how impactful and enjoyable the trip was overall. The relationships we were able to build with the team over the course of the hike truly had a incredibly positive impact on the overall quality of the trip itself. Despite not making it over Thorong La Pass due to weather, my overall experience was still extremely enjoyable if not more exciting than if we were to have followed the itinerary directly. The itinerary changes under Raj and Minhs leadership were excellently weighed up, and helped make my trip a very memorable experience.Show more

- Unfortunately we cannot offer you a visa application service. Whether you need a visa or not depends on your nationality and where you wish to travel. Assuming your home country does not have a visa agreement with the country you're planning to visit, you will need to apply for a visa in advance of your scheduled departure.
- Here is an indication for which countries you might need a visa. Please contact the local embassy for help applying for visas to these places.
Payment information
- For any tour departing before October 14th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after October 14th, 2026, a minimum payment of $400 is required to confirm your booking with Intrepid Travel. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
