  Just checking that my partner and I are not sharing our rooms with other travellers on our tour?

    Yes — travellers on the same booking are roomed together under our standard twin-share accommodation arrangement, so as you and your partner are travelling together, it would just be the two of you sharing the room rather than with other travellers.

    Just wondering when we will get the names of our hotels? As we are thinking that before the tour to book the night before the tour at the same hotel that we will be staying at in Amsterdam

    For your departure on 22 July 2026, the hotel details and full itinerary (including confirmed accommodation list) are only released in the final tour programme, which is sent approximately 10–15 days before departure.

    Optional excursions can only be booked once the main tour itself is confirmed — for example, a tour from Amsterdam to Rome. Once your tour booking is confirmed, we will provide you with a quotation for each optional excursion and can discuss the booking process in detail.

    We have a number of optional excursions on offer which are not included in the tour cost. This allows you to add experiences to your tour based on your preferences and budget. I have attached the list of optional excursions below for you to take a look at, you'll notice that a few need to be booked prior to the tour but the rest can all be booked and paid for on tour so you won't need to make a final decision before the time.

  Would just be interested in Amsterdam- Rome with same route as the Rome to Amsterdam trip- with stops in the Swiss Alps, Rhine valley etc not Spain.

    The current Amsterdam to Rome tour follows a different route, with stops through France, Andorra, Spain, and southern France, before continuing into Italy. It does not include the Rhine Valley or Swiss Alps on the way. As our tours are pre-set and non-customizable, we're unfortunately unable to adjust the route or swap destinations.

    Unfortunately we do not have a January departure for this tour in 2026. The first departure for 2026 is 8 April 2026 - 18 April 2026. Would your clients perhaps be interested in another tour departing in January 2026?

    At the time of booking, you'll need to pay a deposit of 10% of the tour price. If you're booking within 60 days of departure, full payment will be required. Otherwise, the remaining balance is due at least 60 days before your tour begins.
