The tour was excellent. But I was in contact with Brian I set up this tour about 3 years ago. I have never taken a trip out of country by myself my husband has gone with me but could not this time. I had a lot of questions for Brian who set his tour up for me. As time got closer to take this tour I had a lot of questions for Brian. When we spoke he told me he was worried about me because I was asking so many questions. When I asked him one question about when I would be meeting my tour guide and where he told me he didn't have my file so he couldn't answer that question. I was the customer I paid good money for this vacation and he couldn't get off his butt and find my file to answer my question. If he treats clients like this he should not be working for COSMOS. That is the only bad experience I have for COSMOS.Show more

I haven't heard of Cosmos until a friend told me about them from a flyer they posted in her church. My family and I usually do not use travel agencies for our travels. Information is readily available online that we were able to travel without the need for one. But I'm so glad I went with Cosmos for this trip to Israel. The only thing I did was provide them my information and pay the fee. It wasn't cheap, but you get what you pay for. The trip went on smoothly from the time I boarded the plane to my destination until my flight back home. I felt safe all throughout the trip. The your guide, Samir Farran, was excellent. It was like having a brother looking out for you every step of the way.Show more
