Our walking tours typically last 1-2 hours, with very rare exceptions lasting 3-4 hours, with a short rest stop roughly every hour. Our Tour Directors are also very accommodating if you wish to sit out on more demanding sightseeing tours.

I am a single traveler, but the single supplement makes the trip too expensive for me. Is it possible to room with another single traveler of same gender?

Unfortunately, we are not allowed to have single travelers share accommodations. You are only allowed to share accommodations with a family member or friend that will be traveling with you.

What is the cost of the PCR test upon arrival to Israel?

PCR Test costs at Ben Gurion Airport are: 115 ILS for cash payment (about $35 USD), 100 ILS for credit card payment (about $30 USD), 80 ILS for advance payment (about $24 USD). This is subject to change.

What do I need to know when booking a tour with limited availability?

Please note that for departures with limited availability, we would need to request the space from the tour operator - this would require full payment. It generally takes 2 to 3 business days to receive a response as all hotels and transport suppliers need to be contacted. If space is available, you'll be booked and confirmed on the tour. If space is not available, then you will be issued a full refund. The tour was excellent. But I was in contact with Brian I set up this tour about 3 years ago. I have never taken a trip out of country by myself my husband has gone with me but could not this time. I had a lot of questions for Brian who set his tour up for me. As time got closer to take this tour I had a lot of questions for Brian. When we spoke he told me he was worried about me because I was asking so many questions. When I asked him one question about when I would be meeting my tour guide and where he told me he didn't have my file so he couldn't answer that question. I was the customer I paid good money for this vacation and he couldn't get off his butt and find my file to answer my question. If he treats clients like this he should not be working for COSMOS. That is the only bad experience I have for COSMOS.Show more

I haven't heard of Cosmos until a friend told me about them from a flyer they posted in her church. My family and I usually do not use travel agencies for our travels. Information is readily available online that we were able to travel without the need for one. But I'm so glad I went with Cosmos for this trip to Israel. The only thing I did was provide them my information and pay the fee. It wasn't cheap, but you get what you pay for. The trip went on smoothly from the time I boarded the plane to my destination until my flight back home. I felt safe all throughout the trip. The your guide, Samir Farran, was excellent. It was like having a brother looking out for you every step of the way.Show more

Payment information
- For any tour departing before May 14th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after May 14th, 2026, a minimum payment of $250 is required to confirm your booking with Cosmos. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Cosmos will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "Cosmos" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
