We used tourradar for a 7 day Greece trip and were so impressed. Unfortunately, the weather took a turn and our ferry to Santorini was cancelled. Instead of having to change the day and make new travel plan we were able to stand by while the tourradar team took care of everything. I was originally concerned on how we would know where to be and what to do to connect with our daily scheduled activities but we were continually provided all the needed information so we could just relax. We met some other travelers who had used another company who said they were struggling to get what they needed. I am so glad we chose to use this company and will highly recommend them. Thanks to the whole team for all the effort. I know we reached out several times and always got prompt and kind assistance. WELL DONE!Show more

We had to reschedule our 2 week River Cruise because of water levels and we thoroughly appreciated the efforts of STM. The tour was self managed but guided each trip out from Zurich by an experienced guide. The Hotel Montana in Zurich was very well positioned as the tours were bus tours and the bus depot was just a short walk, but the Hotel was also only a short distance from the main Zurich Train Station as well. This was great as we just went on the train to Lucerne for a day on our free day. Grindelwald and Interlaken was a great day trip which was part of the tour. Mount Rigi was spectacular but was not as popular a tour as it turned out when compared to Mount Pilatus tours, but Mount Rigi was a lovely day. We went to Mount Pilatus on our free day when we went to Lucerne . We upgraded our Hotel room directly with the hotel which made our stay even more comfortable. The service and care we received from STM Tours was excellent. We had never been to Switzerland before and we loved our tour. Many thanks to the STM Team.Show more
