  The tour guides were very knowledgeable but I was disappointed that our tour was mostly spoken in Spanish, then English and a little Japanese all at once. I also felt like we joined a tour already in session and were not able to stay with the same group of people. I also did not like that only breakfast was included no dinners and felt that each day the tour gave mostly free time rather than show us around longer. I did not think the Vasa optional tour was worth all that money better to see it on your own.Show more

  We just got home from the trip and we wished we could have stayed longer. We had a wonderful time in Scandinavia with very friendly and knowledgeable guides. I dont know how they did it doing different tours with different groups all at the same time and not losing a single tourist. If I were the one doing it, I'm pretty sure that i would lose all of them in different places or put them in different hotels without their luggages (Lol). It took a lot of coordination and planning to do all those and the guides and company excelled in the process. I also like the fact that I can extend my trip after the tour because we booked our own flights. We were delayed arriving by more than 5 hours to Oslo because of the situation in Amsterdam. I called Europamundo emergency line and the operator ( Ioanna) helped us with instructions and she contacted the hotel to let them know that we might come after 12 midnight that day. We made it at 11:30 pm! We vve another trip booked in October for Morocco and we cant wait to go!. That's our 5th booking with your company (Tourradar) and will be doing more in the future.   The tour guide at Copenhagen, Denmark they didn’t take us to the Little Mermaid spot which was included in the tour itinerary. That day was raining and even we requested to stop for few minutes to buy the umbrella as we even couldn’t hear the local guide. So sad to know that they don’t care about the tourist. Even, when we ask local guide where else we can go in the city after sightseeing, she said just Google it, I need to go. It’s so rude.Show more

The group typically makes a brief stop at the Little Mermaid monument, but due to the heavy rain that morning, it was not possible. The tour guide did search for a nearby store where passengers could purchase umbrellas, but unfortunately, there wasn’t one available, which was explained to the passengers. To avoid exposing the group to the adverse weather, they remained on the bus. Additionally, the guide explained that there was the option to continue with the next bus after the panoramic tour, allowing for more exploration of the city. The Spanish group who dominated the tour were non stopping talking and laughings on the bus and was difficult to get a nap even the destination took hours .Show more
