It was very well organized tour. Wonderful experience. Tour director SP Smith was excellent and coach driver Orlando was excellent too and drove smoothly and safety. Coach was in very good condition. Tour was very memorable and met most of my expectations. Few suggestions about tour itinerary... At some places (especially yellowstone mammoth hot springs and Zion National park) need to be increased. First hotel breakfast was not good and the hostess was rude Important to have elevators at all places as we carry large bags. Group was lovely and lively. The movie and music played during bus journey made me understand (history and American people/culture) more about the visiting place. Not being from America, it was quite helpful to understand American people. Special thanks to Your director and guide SP Smith...very knowledgeable and informative. Excellent communication...good conversation/story telling abilities.(Eg. Battle of little long horn/Mount Rushmore, geological formations of all these National parks etc) Smiths way of interactive information with humour kept all of us engaged. And at the end of the tour there was a quiz too... Thanks once again.Show more
